worst customer service in the world-…

worst customer service in the world- company do not know how to respond to emails. My case was raised to a manager and still no response.

Had to call in just to have Ellie on other end stutter and say the they can not raise a claim as 10 days have gone by since I sent the item back even though I sent item back one day after receiving it.

Ordered a pair of trainers

Ordered a pair of trainers, DPD delivered to wrong address, Lacoste won't refund as DPD say its delivered in geo location. Haven't received something I paid for and they won't give me my money back, never again!!!! Please do not order from these!!!!!!

I did not expect such theft and poor customer service.

My experience was terrible! I will never shop here again. I ordered sneakers and after trying them on, they didn’t fit me well. I sent the return and put two pairs in one box. They only refunded me for one pair and did not say anything about the second pair. I did not expect such theft and poor customer service. Very disappointed!

Order not dispached BUT you can't cancel!

I order a pair of shoes for my wife. After 2 days the order still shows as "processing". I call customer service to find out more. The agent informed me that the order might be dispatched today and will receive it tomorrow (Saturday) or Monday onwards. I do not believe them as on their delivery notes it states 3-5 working days. I request to cancel the order and the agent replied I AM NOT ALLOWED to cancel!
When I protested saying the obvious that they hadn't even dispatched the shoes yet, how can it be possible for me not to be able to cancel, her reply was "it is in our terms & conditions" on our website.
Dear Lacoste, I used to be a dedicated customer. Not any more. You see, there is this thing called integrity & ethos when doing business, you seem like you have lost both.
To be fair, while writing this review and in the meantime, I received an email saying:
"We are sorry, but your order n°48929^^^ is no longer in our hands.
As we want to prepare it as quickly as possible, we only have 30 minutes to change it. After 30 minutes, all the information is permanently saved and sent to our logistics center in Bradford.
But not to worry! I have 2 solutions to get you a refund using the payment method you used :
1. Refuse the order on delivery. It will be returned to us by the carrier.
2. Return the parcel once it has been received. You just have to fill in a return form by clicking here or by clicking on the button ""register my return"" which appears on the shipping e-mail.
What are the conditions for returning an item? Items must be labelled, unwashed, unworn and in their original packaging.
OPTION: We can also request a return to sender for you, to prevent delivery."

Brilliant product as always

I ordered sweatpants on a Saturday evening, they arrived Thursday morning. The quality is as you'd expect from Lacoste, I own a few of their items of clothing which have lasted me years. I think the quality of their footwear has declined over the years but the clothing is well made. Their website is a little buggy and I wasn't initially sent an order confirmation email. So I phoned their customer service line and they were very helpful, thank you to Tierney for forwarding this to me. No problem with DPD.

Disappointed with Lacoste's customer…

Disappointed with Lacoste's customer service. Bought shoes that quickly developed a torn sole - clear manufacturing defect. Despite providing evidence over 2 weeks, Lacoste dismissed it as "normal wear and tear" without proper explanation.
FYI: Torn soles aren't normal wear! It's a product defect.
Lacoste refused refund, ignoring consumer rights. Beware before purchasing - their "customer satisfaction" doesn't seem to extend to addressing legitimate product issues.
Will pursue this further. Advice welcome from anyone who's dealt with similar situations. #LacosteQualityIssues #ConsumerRights

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered a shirt. Lacoste website order status shows as shipped with a FedEx number. FedEx website shows “waiting to receive package.” Status has been like that for 10 days. Called Lacoste customer service and they said I have to wait two weeks then they can initiate a missing package request with FedEx which can take a month. Lacoste already charged my credit card, they would not send me a new shirt or refund the credit card. I had to call Amex and dispute the charge. Never buying from Lacoste again. Terrible policy for missing packages that results in poor customer experience. Their VP of customer service needs to be fired and replaced with someone that understands CX.

Frustrating Experience with Lacoste Customer Service and Product Quality

On June 27, 2024, I purchased several items, including a pair of women's sport sweatpants, from New York Lacoste. Upon inspecting the item at home, I discovered that the sweatpants were torn. I sent the receipt from my purchase and photos showing the damage to UK Customer Service since returning to the US store is not feasible as I reside in the UK. Online customer service advised me that I must return my item to one of the UK stores. It will be analyzed by the in-store team and may need to be forwarded to the Quality department for further inspection.

I explained my situation, mentioning that I live in Chepstow, Wales, making it quite difficult for me to visit the relevant shops in person. The nearest store is nearly 100 miles away from my home. Despite sending clear photos showing the defects, I suggested sending the product to the store by post, but this was not accepted. I was told I must visit the store in person because the item might not be eligible for a return?! The customer service representative I spoke with was very rude and did not consider any of my requests for resolution.

I trusted the Lacoste brand when purchasing this product and did not think to inspect it thoroughly for defects. When I noticed the tear at home, I thought it would be easily resolved given the brand's reputation. However, even returning an item to a local supermarket is less problematic than this experience.

Please assist me in resolving this issue.

Polo shirts are a discrase

Polo shirts are a discrase. I wear lacoste polo maybe for 20 years.
So i bought 4 new polo a month ago and all polo loose there shape or have shrunken so much that i cant wear them. A waste of over 400 euro. Will never buy this brand ever again. Overpriced chaap product.

Still didn't get my money back - Worst Experience Ever

Bring the shoes to the Lacoste store 12 of June for refund. They told me that they can't make a refund in store and they will need shiped the shoes to the warehouse. 20 of June the shoes was at their warehouse and I call them to confirm this. Already passed 2 weeks. They even not start initiate a refund to my card. Didn't get from them any emails. Lacoste, how long I should wait to get my money back? Worst experience ever. Fully dissapointed. Will never buy again. Refund my money asap.

Super slow delivery and poor service

One week after placing my order I hadn't received any updates, as far as I could tell my order had not shipped at all. I reached out to customer support for an update and received no response from them. What's more frustrating is I paid $20 for express shipping and still over a week later no info, no update, no response. It's a complete mystery. For what is supposed to be a premium brand, I'm extremely disappointed. Almost every place I order from ships out within 2-3 days and that's when shipping is free. Over a week with nothing after paying for express is ridiculous.

The manager behaves in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner

Location: 49 Rue d'Antibes, 06400 Cannes, France.
I have bought a sunglasses and asked to adjust them because it was falling. To be honest, this is the first time I have encountered such an attitude towards a client in the Lacost chain. This manager behaves in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner towards clients, deceives, waves his arms, drives them out of the store and pretends that he does not speak English. I ask the Lacost administration to take action against him. Thanks in advance.

Incompetent customer service!


I talked to a customer service agent, explained that I received my product(handbag) without tag attached to it so I wanted to return it. she said over and over again, that it can be accepted and there won't be any refund because it doesn't have tag. it's the reason why I wanted to return it in the first place! because I'm not sure if it's brand new or showcase item since it doesn't have the tag.
so no help whatsoever!

DO NOT USE LACOSTE SERVICES!

I wanted to send a birthday package for my nephew's birthday l, on May the 11th. Your service is a disaster.

First of all the transaction was accepted by my bank and not taken from your on line shop, and all without sending me any mail in order to advise me.

After the birthday I've reiterated the buying, transaction finally went OK, you told me that the gift would have been given May the 31st, but it didn't happen. And your tracking mode, now is saying: "we do not know the exact date of the delivery".

This is totally unacceptable.

I will never use your service and I will never buy anythong of Lacoste anymore
