Very flawed proces
Not happy about the fact that I needed to wait for six weeks on a small package.
Only after reaching out to Customer Service, things seemed to move. Pretty slow and then very fast. Package arrived at a very unconventional timing for me. I ordered it in November, to have it before my Christmas travel the 18th, it arrived the 19th. Not great! I also didn’t enjoy Mondial Relay to arrange shipping and picking up, as this was not a great experience either. Overall, very late and flawed. And in the meantime, I haven’t seen the product yet

Please note that the product you ordered was an on-order item, clearly indicated on our website as not in stock and requiring direct ordering from our distributors, with delivery times provided upon confirmation. This is exactly what we did following your order.
Our sales team notified you via a message in your order that the product would be available around early December. The item was shipped on December 10th and delivered on December 23rd.
Please understand that we do not control the carrier’s delivery times, so any delay during transport is unfortunately outside our responsibility. While we also offer other carriers besides Mondial Relay, their rates differ.
If the item was intended as a gift, we always recommend choosing products already in stock to ensure timely delivery. From our side, we have fully respected the indicated timelines.

They did not have figure in stock. Informed me when they will have it and it was right on time. This was my first order from them and defo not my last. It was more of a personal test order.. to see how it goes since every one of my collegues in hobby that are EU based, vouched for it. And they were right. Fast delivery through UPS even during hollydays. Came safe and on time in Croatia.

Godfather bust damtoys
I bought the Godfather bust from Damtoys, a truly spectacular piece. Due to circumstances beyond their control, the order was delayed for several months, but I never lost contact with them, and they kept me updated on the order status at all times. Stellar Buying Experience
Excellent experience with LCDN as always. This is my third time buying from them (once on eBay, twice on their site), and from the website usage to the speed of order fulfilment, I'm extremely satisfied. Legitimate company with quick and attentive customer service, very reasonable prices, and speedy dispatch of items.
My only gripe is packaging -- the dreaded packing peanuts! I completely understand that their intention is to deliver products without a scratch, and it's an intention I can fully get behind. I only wish that in this one thing, they could consider making the switch from styrofoam peanuts to easier to clean and dispose packaging, like bubble wrap and paper padding. Only a suggestion which I feel would make the experience a 100% from me!
Other than this one minor issue, I cannot highly recommend LCDN enough, and I plan to do much more business with them in future.

We would also like to clarify one point regarding the packing “peanuts” used in our shipments: they are not made of polystyrene. The empty space in our parcels is filled with 100% biodegradable and eco-friendly packing chips.
Unlike traditional packing peanuts, which are usually non-recyclable and have a significant environmental impact, the ones we use are made from cornstarch. They naturally degrade when exposed to air or water, produce no toxic emissions, and are fully compostable 🙂
We deliberately choose this solution, even though it is more expensive, to ensure maximum protection for our products while minimizing our environmental footprint.
