I believe this website is not real and just a fraud. I have contacted them many times. Their phone number does not even exist! They also do not respond to any mails. According to their site they ship within 3 days, it has been a week for me and I lost my money.
Don't go for this folks, its a scam!

Love their vibrant colors and durability
After being in the dishwasher (50 degree C program) a few times, the labels remain intact and the colors remain vibrant - impressive! And the labels were delivered within 2 days after my order. I will highly recommend this website to other mamas!

Nice but difficult to peel off from the base
For our second baby, I ordered label from labelfriend. It is in general quite nice, but with some dissapointments which I think the labelfriends can do some improvement in the future.
1. the label is more difficult to peel off from the base paper because not only the border of the label is cut from surrounded paper, but also the cutting is to deep into the next layer (the layer with the glue). So, if I peel, not only the label is peeled off but also the based layer with the glue. which is not the purpose and I have to make extra effort to peel the label off.
2. colour availability. I love the possibility from other provider to have the same design, only with several background colours. I wish in the future, this can also possible with labelfriends with the same price.
