Laafic SMS Provider: Extremely Unreliable – Avoid for High-Volume Campaigns
I recently used Laafic SMS Provider for a campaign targeting over 100,000 numbers in the Indonesia region, and the experience was a complete disaster. Despite their system reporting all messages as "successfully delivered," not a single SMS was received by recipients. There was zero traffic or delivery confirmation on the receiving end.
Their platform falsely claims deliveries without any actual transmission, wasting time, money, and resources. Support was unresponsive, and no resolution was provided. Be extremely cautious with this company – they are not suitable for any serious SMS needs, especially in Indonesia.

Laaffic recently requested data for numbers that were not delivered via response in here. Answer ; about 90% of those listed in the broadcast. Communication took place via Telegram, and the person in charge from Laaffic was quite arrogant, making it feel more like a one‑way conversation; if they claimed the messages were delivered, then that was final.

Although our system shows that the bulk messages were successfully delivered, your large‑scale marketing campaign targeting more than 100,000 numbers in Indonesia did not generate any visible traffic or delivery records on the recipients’ side.
In the Indonesian market, message delivery can be affected by various factors, including number quality, routing quality, operator filtering, and local regulatory policies. At the same time, customers of your scale are extremely important to us. We always adhere to a customer‑first principle, and our customer service and operations teams are available 24/7. The situation you described clearly does not meet the service standards we have always upheld.
Therefore, we would like to re‑evaluate your case and kindly ask you to provide the following details:
Account alias;
Sending time;
The specific phone numbers that did not receive the messages.
We will thoroughly investigate each case to determine whether there were any channel issues or false delivery reports on that day. If it is confirmed that there is a channel problem that cannot be resolved, we will arrange high‑quality backup routes to ensure the messages are re‑delivered.
