The sales person (Jane) was a pleasure to speak to, friendly and very professional,was very helpful and answered all my questions.
The workshop was delivered much sooner than I expected a good bonus. The delivery driver was also professional a quick and smooth process.
I would recommend to friends family and anybody else. A brilliant service from start to finish.

Deserve -5 but can't. Worst customer experience with your brand Garden Buildings Direct. No accountability and no management, no communication between your departments and only excuses. It has been weeks since told about the incorrect parts and with so many tries I have only got false promises and money wasted on hiring a joiner because your company never fulfils a promise. You should be ashamed of calling yourself a family run business.

Very reasonably price and a good size. The only thing I had a problem with was trying to pay with PayPal, apparently kybotech dobt accept this form of payment which I found strange. So I paid via my bank account.

Have previously purchased from Garden Buildings Direct, and the shed is still looking as good as it did on day 1, more than six years after initial purchase.
Spoke to Jane in sales today and the purchase of my new shed was completed to my satisfaction in minutes. Excellent service and what a great ambassador for your company!

Great choice of cabins and extras but nothing mentioned when you sign up for the newsletter that your discount code is sent to your email address so when you place your order expecting discount taken off it isn't therefore you cannot get the discount and there's no help to get the discount put on from manufacturers end

Very nice gates, good looking and easy to assemble

After the ordering procedure, which I have previously rated highly, I was kept informed of progress through to despatch. The only slight improvement would have been advice from the courier on the time window for delivery.

I got a summer house four years ago from you and needed some spare parts after storm damage. No bother! The telephonist was very pleasant and professional. She took my order and it was delivered to the door within a few days by a pleasant driver, at very little cost.

Bought a log cabin from this company, i was kept informed of regular updates. Delivered well packed, great online downloadable instructions and video 10/10

Ordered shed and was followed up with a call. Requested delivery date change which was sorted and info on delivery e-mailed to me straight away. Very helpful and a pleasure to talk to on phone.
