Their Ramsgate branch was very bad. They took screws out of my car. They told me my car sounded like that when they got it but it was a lie😒. They had not put the screw back so it had a rattling noise. Popped the hood and found my parts shaking! They said I had a bad gear 🤥

A big shout out to your Rippon branch .Great customer service from Andy and all the staff after having a flat tyre on the motorway. Arrived with the AA man and nothing was to much trouble well done team
Before arriving at your Rippon branch we had gone to ATS in Rippon what a difference in attitude they saying they couldn't do it before we spoke, even though they have a contract with our maintenance company. Will never use ATS again.Marie Jones.

No parking space available at this location. Employee at the location are rude, makes whole experience unpleasant.

The KwikFit in Newmarket, Suffolk provided an excellent service. My tyre had a huge hole in meaning I couldn’t drive home on it. I arrived just before closing thinking I’d get turned away but Sam, the manager who was stepping in that day, could not have been more helpful if he tried! He changed my tyre over for me and booked me in Friday to get my new tyres done! I don’t know what I would have done without them! Excellent customer service and satisfaction.

Whole the day car need to keep there.And just for little hole by glass APK was reheated (afgecured)Was telling to put on new tyre.Where after the kings day it happpened.But driving several month nothing happened but made special issue.Just for more money.Never go to them again.

I needed an urgent repair (seized wheel bearings) and APK. having been able to book the APK with 2 days in advance , I immediately called the shop to confirm availability to proceed with works in time. There was a genuine effort to overcome the language bareer, and address the problem. I was called back with a compromise to make it happen but no guarantees, fair enough for me. Car delivery was swift, all the details of service and estimation overviews, and from then all I had left was to hope for the best.
I was called in the beginning of the morning of the day I booked the APK, confirming the car was ready and APK successful.
I am completely satisfied not only for the repair, but on top of it and most of all, the care and attention provided.

Great service at no charge at Kwik Fit Twickenham.
Part of the lower front panel of my car had come loose when I reversed after parking too close to a kerb. Very pleasant guy at Kwik Fit Twickenham spent about 30 minutes fixing it and insisted that was no charge. I would certainly recommend Kwik Fit for great service.

Good Communication and clear on what has to be done, timely notification of costs and good service given by the staff.

Visited Northside branch, but managers of both branches deserve a mention for very helpful response following loss of rear tyre - including a lift into town centre. Staff were pretty good too! Would happily recommend.

I was late 30min for the appointment. Still the manager squeezed me in and my tyre was repaired in less than 30min. Next to that they gave me advice what has to be replaced soon. Great service at Amstelveenseweg 88-90! Strongly recommend this location! Will come back for sure!

I have to thank the two guys at Kwik Fit Yeovil so so much! I was travelling to my daughters wedding on the bank holiday Monday from Kent to Yeovil when I got a puncture. As you can imagine already stressed this added to it ten fold. The guy on reception could see how anxious I was and told me not to worry and would look at it straight away.Being 10am and having to give my daughter away at 12, he explained to the technician my position and he got onto it super 'Kwik'. My fret continued incase there was a problem but they re assured me it could be fixed. They were so kind and professional and got me on my way to the wedding. Please please send on my absolute thanks, I'm sorry I didn't get their names but they were working on Mon 27th May. They are super heroes!!! I even mentioned this story in my speech...

Had a flat tyre on Sunday and immediately visited the Torquay branch of KwikFit. The service was so friendly and professional. Would certainly recommend them.

I attended Kwikfit Salford and received optimum service. Connor and Andre went above and beyond to get me back on the road in no time. Will definitely use again when needed

The sign outside says no appointment necessary yet Ive been turned away twice because they were too busy, there was only one other customer in there

At first it seemed like everything is fine, however to my horror I had to find out that the mechanics working on my car har smeared their grease and oil all over my white leather seats, there are spots which were easily cleaned but some really rough spots that wont come off. Never again!

I went to the Carmondean Centre, Livingston Kwik Fit and must commend the excellent service of the Assistant Manager Brandon Smith and Technician Glen.

Brandon was super helpful and got my car booked in for a battery check and a tyre check. My tyre had a leak and this was fixed up by Glen. To crown it all these checks are free.

I will definitely only be using this branch from now on and will recommend you to all my friends and family. These guys are a true asset to your business & team.

Visited kwik fit this morning after find my car had a flat tyre.
I asked at the counter if they could fix a puncture I was told you could leave it with them and pick it up later that day.
I was driving to work so this wasn’t an option,
3 bays none with a car in,

Arranged a small service on short notice. The guy at the front desk noted my extra comments and my wishes for the car collection (I needed at least an hour's notice before collecting the car due to work commitments). The work was done quickly and gave me plenty of information. At every point the personnel was very friendly yet professional. Although I live far away, I would come again just for the level of customer service.
