We chose Kvänum for the kitchen in our new house in Aarhus. We are extremely satisfied of the product and the process.

The product is made top quality materials, practical to use in every day life and astonishing beauty. There are many models and options to choose among, and all really good and original.

Also the process has been perfect. Dorthe followed our project constantly from beginning to end, gave many good and clear advises, looking how the kitchen would fit our house (a 70's house). Also the installation team has been super professional.

I would recommend kvänum without any doubt.

We are very pleased with our kitchen, which is handsome and good quality. We are, however, extremely disappointed with the quality of the delivery.
The project was estimated to take six weeks, seven at the most - a parameter of some importance to a family with two small children and a baby. After seven weeks, we were still a long way from a functioning kitchen. Numerous e-mails and visits to the shop elicited a string of polite assurances, but only halting progress. After 10 weeks, we were finally able to use the kitchen, but it still wasn't finished. The final utilities were installed four months after the project started and we still have outstanding issues, six months later.
Joelina has been friendly and sympathetic (if not always responsive) to all our complaints, but clearly either lacks or is unwilling to use any influence with her contractors, who despite a promising start have been disappointing. Kvanum's focus seems to be on securing projects rather than delivering them.
Given this experience, we would recommend others considering a new kitchen to find a good carpenter and to manage the project themselves.
