Never recieved my bags, 3 months later asked for refund trought paypal, their responce was that delivery was done, despite the fact that tracking clearly says they been returned to seller.

I bought several purses one of which was to be red. I received brown. Emailed Kurdran and they said they sent exactly what I ordered. I included in my email a screenshot of the order showing a red purse and another showing what I received. I sent another email stating they need to look at the pictures. It too forever to receive a response to the first email. After several emails they are still saying they filled the order correctly. I told them I hope the quality of their purses is better than their customer service because their customer service sucks!! I can’t comment on the quality of the purses as I haven’t used them yet. I’m still trying to get through to them that I ordered a red purse! This could go on forever. I will never buy from them again.

Bunch of liars! They sold me a bag as genuine leather! The bag arrive is fake! Very poor quality! Horrible!
I have requested a refund on various occasions but didn’t get any response apart of reassuring me that that their products are of a high quality!
Avoid buying anything from them!

I was worried about my order due to bad reviews. I received my bag after about 3-4 weeks and I was surprised that it is as the specifications says on the website, it is made of genuine leather and exactly as described. I am very happy with this purchase. Thanks!

Absolute scammers. Handmade leather my a**e. It's cheap plastic and badly made at that. Paid £44 shouldn't think it's worth a fiver. Off to PayPal/Bank for refund. No response from sellers.

Smelly plastic? A scam? I think your angry that you did not get 100% leather.
You won't find that price even at a 2nd hand store today and they'll be dirty and inkmarked on the inside.
I have no complaints about my purse. I did write to ask if the order had been shipped because I had received no notification but less than a week later, it came.
Yes, I was slightly disappointed that it was not leather but the picture of the purse shown in the description did not actually look like real leather, but embossed and that is what it was. Can we really expect leather for this low, low price?
For $26.95, I could not have been happier with the purse. The color was exactly as stated. The hardware was attractive, the style is adorable!
I have been using the purse since I received it and I have over 300 purses so am constantly switching. This purse however, has become a favorite. I don't care a whit if it isn't leather. I'm glad a cow or a lamb was not killed to make this sweet handbag.
I live in Las Vegas and have never heard of this company before so no association with anyone. I saw the ad on Facebook.

purchased 3 bags from their website 2 months ago and still shows the status is waiting for shipment!!!! I sent PayPal the request to cancel the orders and send me back the money but for some reason I don't know why!! PayPal wasn't helpful in this case at all. Stay away from them because you won't get any bags from the Kurdan website.

Terrible, not at all what I was expecting. Kak from China, will not be ordering anything again from outside of RSA. If I could give no stars, I would.

This looks like a fake company . Their website talks about London and New York , but guys the bags are coming from some remote place in China . IF you send them a reminder or complaint you get a response in broken English and that is when you get your first shock ...The next shock is when you see the actual product which is made of Rexin or PVC or the worst quality leather available . I am 100% sure this is fake .

This company is bad! I bought a bag, and the defund time I used it the handle was completely ripped… they told me that’s is not their problem, the quality is terrible, the communication is worse… they offered me 10% in my next order… 🤦🏻‍♀️ Crazy people… don’t buy with them… they are not serious!

Terrible company...sent the wrong colour bag, did not adequately deal my issue and told be that they don't make mistakes despite me sending evidence they clearly do......

Purses arrived after about 6 weeks & the purses look like they vinyl rather than leather. I am very disappointed because these were purchased for Christmas gifts. I wish I had checked reviews first.

This website is a scam it’s cheap plastic Chinese bags not handmade leather. They refuse to refund or accept returns. I wish I had checked sites like this about the website first… do not give these thieves your money!

This is a scam, I bought a bag that ended up looking nothing like the photo. When I requested a return they refused! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I still hadn't received my hand bags keep telling me to track my order. I'll never purchase from this company again. Seems like a scam to me. I want a refund for my purchase this has been too long for me not to receive my purchase.

I would like to give them 0 star but there is no option to do so😠😤. So I left with one star. It's clearly a scam. The items that I received is no where near to what they have advertised. At least this would be helpful to someone out there to stay away from this scam.

I would give 0 stars if I could-I received a horrible plastic tote bag that was supposed to be leather! They have responded to my requests for refund by telling me how great their products are!
