Quality and sevice gone downhill

I used to be regualr at Kulcha express illford and food was really good. I had a visit recently after 3 years on 2nd Jan 2026. The food quality and service has gone drastically down. Kulcha's were soggy no crisp. Mango lassi was having smell of stale pulp. Bhatura was oily looks like either fried in cold oil. When complaint to the service manager the answer was bhatura will be oily only.

At last at the time of payement when i gave feedback, service manager ignored it and i felt that they were least concerned about it. That was my last visit guys.
