Beware of Kummerlings irresponsible sales policy

I bought a number of sliding windows-doors with installation from one of their installation companies.
One of the windows needed a repair but the installation company had gone bancrupt so I could not ask them to fix it. Then Kömmerling proved to have a very unfriendly policy to customers. They do not provide any reference to any company who can repair a badly installed window and they also state that they have no requirements at all on their installation companies to handle customers of Kömmerling windows if the windows were not bought from this very company. In the end, you as a customer face the risk of having bought windows were the producer cannot even refer to any possible help for reinstalling one of their windows.
