I will post a negative review as should be, hoping for KuantoKusta attention, cause they helping fraud companies by listing scam merchants.
I have found an iPhone 17 Pro Max through KuantoKusta catalog and was redirected to bestelectronics.pt (as their partner)
Payment was processed officially via Visa on the partner's site (so they somehow received their merchant ID), but the product was never shipped. No tracking, no delivery, no support. All deadlines passed
This store has a Trustpilot rating of 1.6 and countless scam complaints
Google reviews also show repeated reports of non-delivery and shady payment methods (Klarna, Floa - which probably harder to chargeback).
KuantoKusta should not allow such merchants on its platform! And there are more shops like then if dived deeper
kuantokusta bestelectronics shop - is still there, with 13k of listings and if you check those hundreds of buyers - most of them did not get their money back, only the ones who claimed via merchant, or police, or threatened, or visited they pickup point physically and pushed them on site
It's a massive scam tool, and if you check Google reviews of their shop - you'll see that 645 reviews are more than there are people in this city
Upd: KuantoKusta support is now actively participating in this case and hopefully will be resolved soon.
Must highlight that this matter fundamentally must be fixed, since there are similar shops who’s either lowering the prices, never ship goods, or just providing extremely poor services, damaged items etc (all taken from the trusted reviews)
These businesses can not be listed, can not be promoted inside KK catalogs- cause it feeds scam

KuantoKusta Portugal deliveries always are lost or delayed as they never provide the client’s full address and phone number to the transport company and therefore they cannot deliver parcels and they are returned. This has happened repeatedly.

I have been very disappointed with KuantaKusta. My goods were supposed to have been delivered several days ago and still have not arrived. Although I provided detailed delivery instructions these were never passed on to the driver claiming their computer does not allow this. I finally received the goods after several failed attempts.

I ordered and payed a Samsung A36 the 25th of April 2025. I never received it. The courier declares "entregado" the 2nd of may, but nobody came here or called to deliver it. I am going to report the problem to the Police.

Communication is attrocious, virtually non existent. The only way to contact them is by submitting messages in their website relevant to the item you’ve ordered. That’s all well and good if there’s a response within a few hours or even next day but alas my experience has been awful.
I have previously ordered a wide range of kitchen appliances but, THIS time is the LAST time. Everything is such a waste of time - waiting on deliveries that don’t show up. Inability to contact and a pointless message system.
Update: So, a generic response says they want more information via email and yet their system has pages of messages sent unanswered? Not going to waste anymore time. If they can’t read existing comms. then why send more? Useless.
Update: It’s now 17:50 on the 2nd scheduled delivery day where we have waited inside all day and we’ve heard nothing. I’ve chased KuantaKusta and the courier since mid afternoon and not had a single reply.Truly an abysmal service - I paid for order on 02/12 and it’s now 16/12! The lack of response is incredible. I can only hope we can get a full refund and then purchase elsewhere. Sick of all the time wasted.

I bought an oven directly from Kuantokusta on December 5th on the condition that it will be delivered the next day. Now five days later I still haven't received it and the company does not make a refund and refers me to the seller who does not answer me and I don't know who he is and I didn't buy from him.
