It´s just a scam site. If you want to lose money, just keep using it. Usualy, at first, they let you win and feel that you can win more. After a while, they will rip you out till your last penny. Sites like this shoud be banned.

Worst site to withdraw! Automatic customer support replying after two weeks asking the same documents over and over.

The casino looked fine at first, The bonus looked great. So I went and deposited 50 eur on the casino. Then I tried to play the games in the casino, and quickly found out that the casino was nothing like advertised. I tried to place a bet on blackjack, it let me do it, but then instantly after placing a bet the casino kicked me out of the game, i couldn't see the outcome and was not allowed to play, and the game was marked as a loss in my betting history. I contacted customer support about this issue and they told me to "relog", "clear cache and cookies", "try from another device or network". I did all of the steps mentioned above and after that the same "bug"/"feature" appeared AGAIN !. Then i went on for multiple hours with multiple different agents trying to explain my issue and sending dozens of screenshots and even screenrecordings. The only thing the customer service was telling me to do was to repeat the steps mentioned above and bet more money (so they were encouraging me to just give up and waste all my money). They completely ignored all and any of my requests about just sending me  even the REMAINING money back. After hours and hours of the customers support agents almost trying to get me to just give up and give them my money they finally agreed to open a ticket for me and I finally got my remaining money back... But never heard anything about the money i lost due to the website not working (So if i had listened to the customer support agents advice it would have ended up in me losing even more of my money) 

Obviously i will never be playing on this casino again (well i didn't get to even play any games i just got to see my balance magically go down) . And I would recommmend EVERYONE to stay FAR FAR AWAY from this horrible casino!!!!

Since launching their new website on 30.9.2020 they have "technical issues" with payment methods in EUR. It has been 2 month already and the "issue" remains with the only help, wait longer.
I have over 3000 EUR in my account. They told me today all European players using EUR have same issue. Therefore I ask anyone whether it is true. They refuse to do manual withdrawal with any method neither to transfer my account to any functional account in other currency.
It seams like a fraudulent behaviour and classic SCAM stealing players money.

Also since launching new website their limits at least in my accounts are 50 EUR per game. It used to be up to 2000 EUR on the biggest markets such as Premier League.

2 Stars for a great site. Great layout, good odds and easy to understand! I'm a casual bettor on NFL and sometimes hockey so this was a welcome site after being on Spin Palace (avoid)
Had an issue with the bonus for signing up. Support didn't even answer my questions for over a week, and took almost 2 more to give me a clear answer. This resulted in me losing all my winnings, based on the rules of the bet (deposit gets turned into bonus money and then they say you have to be 8x in 30 days!!, its tricky, this means 100 deposit, plus 100 bonus equals 200 bonus and has to be bet $1600 in 30 days. You lose ALL winnings if you don't meet the requirements or cancel.) Terrible!
The support wasn't any better, and didn't take into account that they took so long to get back to me. Avoid this site if you can. Its a sign of how they operate.

Deposited 100 €, lost half of them on the slots but got them back on the blackjack tables, the payout was very fast, highly recommended and also fast verification process

Small limits and coefficients, but the support is good.
