Absolutely horrible service!!!!!!!!
I am utterly appalled by the service I received from Polska Księgarnia Internetowa, particularly from Adrianna Andrzejczak and Wiktoria Tomiak. Over a week ago, I placed an order for a book, only to be informed a few days later that it was no longer available. I was offered a full refund, which I agreed to. Since then, I've exchanged numerous emails with Adrianna Andrzejczak, who has been exceptionally rude and unhelpful.
Despite my clear request for a refund, Adrianna has continually resisted processing it, even though I was later told the book is now back in stock. I have since purchased the book elsewhere and no longer need it. Yet, instead of respecting my wishes, I was told that the book would be sent to me regardless.
How is this considered customer service? To insist on sending me a product I don't want and to treat me with such disdain is beyond frustrating. It’s clear that your customer service is failing, and I am absolutely disgusted by the experience. With so many negative reviews, it's clear that this is a recurring issue. Polska Księgarnia Internetowa really needs to take a long, hard look at the way they treat their customers.
