Ordered next day delivery and nothing. It’s been a week and ignored all my messages and emails

I love the beach wave. Natural look and matches my hair perfectly. I’ve been ordering this for years now.

Didn’t arrive on time and bad customer service. I emailed to ask if there is a delay as I had paid for next day delivery and got no response. Once it arrived 3 days late I was dissatisfied of the quality of the hair. Looks really fake and extremely shiny. Will not be using them so all feels a waste of money and anticipation.

I’ve stopped ordering from here now as I always have issues with the delivery even if I pay extra for next day delivery. Also the hair was really bad quality the hair constantly falls out so I thin from the first use.

I absolutely love my clip in hair extensions from Krystellie! The value for money is amazing. The colour was a perfect match. The extensions were so easy to put in, and feel lightweight even when they’re in all day. The delivery was super quick. Brilliant service

They have at no point even acknowledged the order and delivered it late despite me paying for next day delivery. They are also ignoring my request for a refund for the postage.

Want to return and get refund but no ifs how to and tried contacting

I paid next day delivery it took almost four days for my parcel

website promises 15% off first time orders, there is no code to claim the discount so got charged full price and when I got locked out of my account I have tried contacting on the contact us option, have had no response, kept saying it would send a link to my email address which i never received

Terrible customer service. They do not respond to emails. Got through to someone on Instagram until I mentioned a refund and now they don’t reply. Says online to fill in an online returns form which we can’t find anywhere on the website. The hair is poor quality. It states it can be styled with heat up to 160degrees. It can’t be, it doesn’t do anything. Wouldn’t buy again
