I received a damaged, defective and incorrect item from this company (did not match the listing photo). I reached out to them immediately and had no response. Reached out to them two weeks later, again, no response. Apparently they think it’s OK to send a dinged, scratched and incorrect item to someone and not respond when the customer has an issue with it. This item was a gift and there was no way I could give it in that condition. Overall, an awful
