I purchased 2 bikinis and 1 size mix. I waited almost 1 full month to email after my purchase and ask about a shipping number - I was being patient because I had read that shipping may take 2-4 weeks. When I finally asked where my order was they told me that they had reached out a while back to ask about the size mix because I should have bought 2 size mixes, one for each suit. Well I went through my inbox and couldn't find the email - I guess it went to my junk folder but all their other emails have gone straight to inbox.
UPDATE- after they read my review they were responsive and are trying to make it up to me. I really do appreciate it. I can only give 3 stars for now because I have not received the swimsuits yet, but will update my review once I do and can comment on the quality.
UPDATE 2- it's been just over 1 month since my last update and I still have not received my order...
FINAL UPDATE- I received my order and the quality was not great. Happy with 1 out of the 3 swimsuits, and happy with the other 2 tops but not bottoms. The bottoms were so thin on one that you could see everything..

Customer service was amazing! They responded so quick when I had a problem with my package getting delivered. And bikinis are so cute!

I bought some bikinis for my birthday trip to bali! When my package arrived (mind you it came quickly) I was so happy with the bikinis - they all fit me perfectly and the material was so comfortable! I’ve since had a lot of compliments on my bikinis and I’ve been referring my friends to KRswim - I’m a very happy customer

I have had purchased bikinis from this brand a few times cause there reliable and long lasting quality they fit perfectly on my body no matter what it’s like since my weight is always fluctuating I find they are overall amazing!

The bikinis from KRswimwear are amazing! I’ve ordered so many bikinis from online stores but this is one of the best online websites by far I have ordered from! The quality is amazing and the ordering process is so easy! I have ordered both the Layla set and Ella set and they are both so great and flattering to my body. They have the option of ordering different sizes for the top and bottom which a lot of online websites lack! In addition to this, they are also super super helpful in helping you find the perfect bikini! Can’t wait to order more! Highly recommended!

I bought 4 suits from kr swimwear and they came sooner then expected! Quality was great and sizing fit perfect! Already recommended to my friends for summer!

They sent me a ripped suit :( poor quality

So I received a store credit which I was still able to use several months later so I am happy about that. I received a new suit which is super cute and appears to be better quality! The first suit took a very long time to arrive but the second suit was quicker.
I do find it sketchy that the company is reporting and deleting any negative reviews they receive. My initial review was removed due to them reporting it and I had to send Trustpilot my receipt to have it reinstated. I am satisfied with the product I received but I would proceed with caution if you decide to buy from them.

The bogo deal isn’t actually a deal but just a scheme to get you to buy another bikini but regardless I bought into it idiotically. I actually really love the first bikini I received which is why I’m even giving it a second star but otherwise the other bikini is completely trash and is unwearable. The design of it requires my boobs to be to the side of my body, and looks nothing like the picture provided by them. You’re really gambling with your money if you buy from this website, you could potentially receive a decent product or just a really trashy unwearable one. This just so happened to be my experience.

I have bought from the site numerous times. They always tend to have great sales, so I always end up leaving with more than one item. What’s really cool is regardless of my budget I can use after pay, and make payments if needed. Quality is great material & suits definitely turn heads

I ordered two bikinis in a BOGOF deal (which they seem to run 24/7), and measured myself against the size guide to make sure they'd fit (the largest size being the one I ordered). Once they arrived it was clear they wouldn't cover anything (not even half of anything), and one arrived with stitching undone so it wasn't even wearable anyway. I emailed their customer service department, who offered to exchange one of the bikinis (which still wouldn't have fit given their size guide is inaccurate). I received no apology for the faulty item, and was told the best they could do was exchange, as they don't do refunds. They also said the bikini I ordered is designed to be more revealing as a justification for why it didn't fit - despite the website saying it fits true to size (there's revealing and then there's indecent).
I sent them a photograph of the faulty bikini, and their policy states they will replace it for free. That was well over a month ago, and I still haven't received anything, plus they've ignored my last two emails asking where my item is and when it would arrive. Poor customer relations, seem to care less about getting repeat customers (and I'll be telling every girl I know not to order from them).

Edit: the replacement bikini has finally arrived - with the SAME fault on it!! What an absolute joke.
