Krampouz Plancha heavily rusted after a year, no reply from Krampouz customer service

I was looking for a high-quality BBQ cart made from stainless steel. I was keen to avoid buying one made in China, so opted for a French-made Krampouz cart. Obviously this meant paying a very high price relative to cheaper Chinese alternatives. I had thought that I was paying a premium for quality. This has not been the case - the Plancha Trolley is less than 1 year old and is already corroding very badly and looks awful.

A total waste of money. I naturally emailed Krampouz customer service to ask why this was happening but they didn't bother replying.
