I am happy with the products I bought so far and the delivery period. However, with my latest purchase, I have experienced a delay due to the fact that I had to pay upfront for my order and I was informed of that a week after I submitted my order. I consider that unprofessional.

Prices are better than in Berlin shops, and they have a decent selection of products. I normally use Iherb, but they don't ship to Germany, so I started buying from Kräuterhaus and it's all good.

Fantastic products which I bought whilst on a short break to visit family in Plochingen. I liked the products so much that I ordered more online when I returned home to Northern Ireland and was delighted to receive them within 5 days of the order being placed.
