I have bought various times, and always without tracking number and with the cheaper option, and it arrives 15 working days later and in perfect conditions, here in Spain, and very well protected.

Kpopmart provides the best service out of all the online merch store I've tried. I bought several BTS albums from them and they always arrive in good condition. They make sure to notify you if they received your order and send you pictures of the package before dispatching. As someone who lives quite far away from the seller, (I'm from Italy) I know I should be smart about the shipping service. I always choose DHL since the shipping is very fast and the client is always notified about its arrival. If you live quite far away, don't choose the shipping option without tracking. Better pay extra than not receive it at all.

One of the reasons I also like Kpopmart is because the tax is included in your payment. I don't know about you, but I hate it when my delivery gets on hold because your country decided its taxable. Because if then, you have to fetch your package in the post office and pay extra.

Tho, I have experienced once where the website is not updated because some of the items I purchased were not available but my transaction receipt said otherwise. I sent them an email about it and they were very responsive. They have refunded me accordingly and also added extra as compensation. They also add freebies in your orders!

For buyers like me, I suggest you guys to always read the terms and conditions, and if you see anything wrong with your order, send them an email or contact them because they are responsive. Just make sure you're not disrespectful; because mishaps do happen.

And yes, I'm an authentic buyer! I read one of the comments here saying the good comments are forged.

This company is great!! I pre-ordered Stray Kids' Miroh album and I thought one of the items was missing.(It came in about 2 weeks(to USA on the eastcoast) from when they sent the shipped email.) I emailed them about it and they got back with me within the same day. They said that they would ship the missing items in my next order. Turns out the missing item was only put in a few 1,000 albums and I thought it was included in all of them. They emailed me to notify me of this and included three photocards in my order as compensation for the confusion even though it wasn't their fault. I am beyond thrilled with their customer service and recommend this place to anyone buying albums.

They always do their best to give each variety when ordering CD's from them. I order a lot of GOT7 CD's which tend to have many different versions and they always do their best when possible to make sure there are no repeats for the customer. Their customer service is very helpful and they do everything to give you a pleasant experience. I had forgotten to tick the box for posters when ordering an album and contacted them immediately. They allowed me to recieve my posters on my next purchase which I had planned on making regardless. Am overall extremely happy with KPOPmart and recommend them to everyone.

I ordered the BTS Memories of 2017 DVD. First off I'd like to say that Kpopmart was fantastic with my order. It was simple to place the order, they packaged and shipped my order very fast and even sent me an email with pictures of the item packed and the shipping label. It arrived in 2 days to Canada! Very fast. Excellent experience and of course the DVD was amazing...if you're a BTS fan you MUST get the memories of 2017...it's 5 cd's and an incredible 199 pages of colour photographs. I AM IN LOVE. I would buy from Kpopmart anytime!

Back in 2017, I bought the seventeen TEEN,AGE album from kpopmart. I was really excited when they sent me a picture of my package in an email informing me that it has been shipped. I don't recall exactly how long the shipping took for I was very busy during that period of time. It arrived approx. 2-3 weeks later, the packaging was really nice and I got everything that I should have for a pre-order. I recently pre-ordered the stray kids I AM YOU album, and kpopmart sent me a picture of my package once again. Though I haven't received it yet, it is expected since my country's postal service is on strike. I hope to receive the package soon and increase the rating!

I ordered AND PAID 100 usd worth bts merchandise. I didn't receive it, no one is responding to my emails, twitters, no feedback at all. I couldn't even cancel my order to get the money back. So good luck ordering and paying for it.

It's pretty trustworthy if you want a k-pop album so I wouldn't mind ordering from them again. Also, I got the album pretty quickly, and the only problem I had is that it didn't give me the poster and puzzle that was supposed to go with the album if you pre-ordered. Other than that it's all good.

I've been ordering from Kpopmart (not to be confused with thekpopmart) for years and I have never had any issues. I live in the US, and even though their shipping SEEMS high, with research, it's even cheaper than Amazon by at least $10 (even with DHL shipping which is considered expensive but super fast shipping). They do a great job keeping up with the demand and pricing. They also provide photos of your albums packed, and the package before they send it out. All of my albums and goods are in excellent condition upon arrival every single time. Although their sales don't count towards Billboard, I still prefer to buy from them due to their excellent customer service and quality of service. I appreciate all that they do! Thank you KPOPMART for always taking care of us.

This site is AMAZING! I've only ever ordered from here (unlike kpoptown, yesasia) because I read reviews like this before I bought anything and I was so happy with kpopmart - I've never had a problem with them! I've ordered BTS Love Yourself Her and Love Yourself Tear (both preorders) and I've ordered BTS The Most Beautiful Moment in Life (In The Mood For Love) - Young Forever. Each package has been delivered with so much care and they actually send you an email with pictures of your delivery before they send it away which is great. It's always packaged in a brown box with lots of bubblewrap and sticky tape to keep it from moving inside the box. Also, they have always sent me free photocards too which is a bonus. I've bought albums with the unfolded posters before and the posters are kept in a tight cylindrical container - never folded - which is brilliant. Honestly I can only speak from my experience but this site is really great 10/10 would recommend.

I preordered all four versions of BTS Love Yourself: Tear albums and I don't have a single bad thing to say about Kpopmart! The ordering process is easy and once shipped, they send you a picture of your order! The pricing and shipping were cheaper than most other sites I checked. I live in North America so I expected it to take a while to ship here but was pleasantly surprised to get my albums about 3 weeks after the release considering that normally when I order items from Korea it takes at least a month to a month and a half. None of my items were damaged and my albums came packaged really well. Overall, I would highly recommend this website. It's safe, affordable, my items were packaged well and I was very impressed all around! :)

I ordered 4 lighsticks that came in 2 weeks when I paid for the slowest, cheapest shipping that was supposed to take 60 days ( I live in the uk) so VERY happy! I would highly recommend

I recently preordered the stray kids mixtape and it arrived this morning. I love the album so much! (I got 2 Felix photocards, pre order benefits and a poster omg) The packaging was very good and there was no damage to the album,poster or box whatsoever. I chose the small packet air mail and it was meant to be delivered within a 14-40 day period and it came within a week of being sent out which I’m very pleased with! Overall, I would definitely recommend to order anything from here, it’s very reliable :)

Ok honestly, I never write reviews. But this website is my absolute favorite and idk it doesn’t deserve the bad reviews it gets. I think I made my first order with them around 2015 (back then I even contacted them to cancel it and they did within 2 days) and they’re still my go to choice when it comes to kpop merch and beauty products. What I like most is that they send a photo of your package (like the products that are inside as well as the information on the top) so you know everything is correct. I’ve never had problems with kpopmart other than a small dent in BTS’ Youth album. I usually take their cheapest and non traceable shipping which takes about 2-4 weeks to get to me (The Netherlands). I recently got the k-packet shipping and it got to me in 6 days, which is pretty neat. The only complaint I have is that they’re unpredictable. Sometimes they ship my order within a day of placing it, but last time it took them 2 weeks, though that might’ve been because of holidays.

I pre-ordered an album with an unfolded poster which costed me quite a lot because of the shipping fees. The album arrived 1 & half months later (which is fine and reasonable) but the poster tube was damaged and so was the poster inside. I payed extra in order for it to be unfolded but in the end it was just half-crumpled. Disappointed.

I placed an order for my daughter 12/11/17. The funds were paid but we never received our merchandise. There is no way to reach anyone. No one ever respond to emails and the number on file is invalid (not a working number).
We are very disappointed. I believe these reviews are fake! If so why did we not get our merchandise?

It was great! Because it was my first time buying online, I was a little nervous. I ordered my kpop album from kpopmart and I got it from EMS shipping. I could track it after they shipped it. it was a little expensive but I have no regrets cuz I got my package safely. And they even rapped my album from bubble wrap. the main package box was crushed but there was no damage to the album. I recommend kpopmart. If u enter your shipping details correctly, I think this site is safe.

It was my first time ordering albums at kpopmart.com. I purchased and paid on 1st of December (Friday) and I got a mail that albums are shipped on 4th (Monday). I chose EMS shipping (2-7 business days). My package arrived on 15th of December, so it came after 10 business days. Albums were wrapped in bubble wrap and safety taped to the box, to not move. Any of them were damaged. The only thing that I can complain about is their shipping prices. Those are really high.
