Worst concert organization ever!

As this is a rating regarding the festival itself and not the artists/performances (which were amazing but wayyyy shorter than expected and advertised) i can give 1 star maximum.
Literally nothing worked, no information, almost impossible to find water on a hot day, and the lines were so long and without shadow so that we could not even get one bite of korean food or anything else (u couldn’t find a toilet where u didn’t have to wait for at least half an hour).
And then the announcements regarding the preshow were posted when everyone was already at the festival. That was the moment the whole energy shifted and people started to get really mad. 5 hour advertised concert but then 2h of advertisement of korean culture, speeches of the korean ambassador, squid game dance performances of german dance crews and an neverending hanbok fashion show. And THEN… nothing…for over 30min… stage empty, no music to vibe to, everybody was angry and the energy in the arena sucked. When peple in the crown fainted, staff told their friends to buy them some water!!! Like what the hell???
The short concert itself was great but the sound wasn’t the best, the subtitles were absolutely not accurate and sometimes were missing completely.
We heard that even the performing artist didn’t have water on stage and someone fainted after the performance, i think that says everything…

That was the worst concert experience i ever had to go through… pleas support us to boycott these people who just use us to make wayyy to much money for giving back absolutely nothing…

those people shouldn‘t be trusted with a 44.000 people event

the performances of the bands were perfect and it is not the artists fault what happened. if you go to a festival you want to trust the organizers and would want to be able to plan according what they say. too bad the organizers lied to us about start and ending times multiple times which resulted in having to book alternative trains to go home (which we didn‘t even need in the end because they just started the concert one hour early out of the blue). if you‘re marketing an event as the biggest in europe you have to give some sense of stability and actually stick to the times you announced the day before. i missed half the concert, because two hours before the initial start of the show, they announced it would start in 30 minutes (also they only communicated that on twitter, no e-mail or anything, so how would that info even reach all ticket holders???) just a huge mess and i hope someone actually sues them.

Don't let them organize big events again

We were promised 5hrs of performances, got 3hrs and some weird preshow none of us signed up for. People fainted and weren’t taken care of, we had to wait up to 2hrs to get food or drinks and the drinks were 5 euros and more. The communication was absolutely horrible and the organizers used Oneus as an excuse for messing up the schedule on Day 2 (changed the schedule 20 mins before the show started and A LOT of fans missed the first performances!)

Worst festival ever

I’ve never experienced such a poor event in my entire life. The way they treated people was really concerning, the food and water’s prices were outrageous meanwhile it was 28 degrees outside. The queue was so unorganised, a lot of people were fainting and they just gave them water and did nothing more. The staff couldn’t even speak English and was so rude to the fans moreover, they weren’t informed at all, and kept giving us different informations about the schedule??
Also, they announced 5 hours of concert, but in reality, the artists performed 3 hours only and some of them literally stood on stage for 20 minutes.

They even rescheduled the beginning of the concert on Sunday, without saying it to the fans so most of them missed half of the concert.
We’ve traveled from so far, we paid so much money and you dare treating us like that ?? This is literally scandalous, I will never ever come back here again in my life, this was my worst experience, fortunately the artists slayed on stage and were so nice to the fans but nothing for you to be proud of because this is thanks to them and not thanks to the festival.

Anyways, if you planned to go there next year, I’d like to tell you that this isn’t a good idea, the performances were really really cool and I enjoyed it a lot but honestly paying that amount of money to be treated like that wasn’t worth it at all. Don’t go there.

We should all sue you.

I wish I could give this event 0 stars. The only thing that was good was the performance of the artist… too bad the concert lasted 3 hours instead of 5 HOURS. Yes, we paid for 5 hours but only got 3, because the first two ours where not performances but a pre-show that was already shown before the concert outside the stadium. If it’s not enough, the organisation was between a joke and a nightmare. Almost all staff didn’t speak English, they were disrespectful, made fun of international fans and didn’t wanted to talk to us. The only one that wanted to help juste didn’t have a CLUE of what was going in this festival of madness.

But what could be more wrong than that ? Maybe selling bottles of water 8€, with a waiting line of hour before to even taste the holy water. Or MAYBE the fact that you didn’t give any information about where to go, where to wait. The journey wast constant waiting, someone telling us to move (screaming at us most of the time, in German), waiting again, trying to find water to not collapse… and then finally enter the stadium to see a two hours pre-show we have already seen. What a joke, right ?

On top of that, kpop flex tweeted that you had to bring a bag size A4, and even gave us dimension. We measured our bag just to be sure but we weren’t worried because on their tweet kpop flex said that lockers will be available if bag were to big. Well, the staff decided our bag was to big, even if it was in the right mesures, and asked us to throw it on the garbage. If not, we couldn’t enter the festival. Is it outrageous or not yet ?

I will not even start with the line that changed more time than I was able to drink water during the festival. Shame on you, you don’t deserve to host such an important event, to receive international kpop group to ask them to sing for like 15min…

I wonder how it could be worse than what happened, but I wouldn’t want to give you advice for next year.

See you in court.

what was that ?

The concert itself was good, but the organization was a MESS. it is a shame, the prices were outrageous, the staff didn’t talk in English and wasn’t respectful, even the staff knew where fans should go or whatever. the concert was advertised as 5 hours long it was only 3. it was scandalous, really.
