I ordered the rainbow and shine for my wife and when it arrived I gave it to her, she was speechless with the vibrant colors and put them on instantly and shows everyone she sees. She totally loves them!!!
A few years back I bought a pair of Koss headphones for my mom as a present. She loved them - great sound, comfortable fit, small and elegant. I loved the sound also, so I bought a second (cheaper) pair for myself. Unfortunately this pair broke after the store warranty had just run out. However, I contacted Koss and as per the lifetime warranty Koss sent me a new pair. Top-notch service, highly recommended, and a special thanks to Mr. Pikaar who took a lot of effort to ensure I received my replacement pair.
Honestly 3.5 stars. My BT740iQZ started malfunctioning after about seven months. When I reached out about the warranty, customer service was responsive and shipped out a replacement quickly. (First, though, I had to pay to ship my old headphones to the company.) When I received my package, I was surprised to find two pairs of $50 headphones instead of one pair of the $100 headphones I originally paid for. Apparently, they were out of the other headphones; I wish they would have contacted me beforehand. I emailed them explaining my issues with this “solution,” and they ended up refunding me the price of my original order and letting me keep the headphones they had sent. Of course, I would have preferred that my original headphones not have malfunctioned after less than a year. But Koss’ customer service team was so understanding and responsive that it honestly softened the blow. If you want to invest in a pair of nice, wireless headphones, I would still recommend shopping elsewhere; but I believe current Koss customers are in good hands. I ended up giving the $50 headphones to my younger cousins, and, ironically, they’ve held up better than the $100 ones. They constantly beep, though, which is an annoying design feature.
I was loving the KOSS KSC75 over-the-ear headphones. The sound and fit was so much better than earbuds. But on 2/19/24 I lost my charging cord at the gym when it fell out of my pocket. On 2/20 I called Koss USA Customer Service (1 (800) 872-5677) and asked to buy a replacement charging cord. The representative, Katilla, said that they didn't sell those, but that she would see if she could find one and send it to me, at no charge. It arrived today, February 27. So, five stars, and give Katilla a bonus!
I bought KSC35 Wireless from the KOSS online store. Paid delivery to Estonia. KOSS sent a UPS tracking number, none of the companies working in Estonia with UPS recognized this number. They all said that the shipment did not leave the United States, although tracking showed that the goods were already in Estonia. I asked the KOSS support service a question. They promised to sort it out and stopped communicating. The next day after contacting the KOSS support service, UPS tracking showed that the parcel was delivered. I asked KOSS who received the parcel and who delivered it. I did not receive an answer. These are obvious scammers who don't care about their customers.
About a year ago I bought a pair of KOSS KSC35 'wireless earclips' cans because they were well reviewed. And I liked them a lot
Recently they began to lose charge a bit too quickly so I contacted Koss support. They were brilliant.
They arranged a replacement pair very quickly and were very helpful generally.
Ordered a KSC75 on September 2. Order is still pending somewhere in Bensenville, IL. No one is answering my emails to support about a refund at all.
Ordered a KPH40 plus extra cable. Item moved for 10 days from US to Tokyo. Then said it has left Tokyo to got to my country PH. It's 3 weeks now since it left Tokyo. Customer care said to ask if I want Refund, so I did ask and got a refund.
