I have to go to courier stockhuse to pick up my parcel . The did not send me any mail alert about shipping, the status order on their website account is not updated... no one rang my bell (my husband works at home), no one called my at my mobile number and I found no notes in my mailbox...
They say they are not responsible for couriers, only one of them said "sorry"... bad customer policy.
Where is the so called "German perfection"?
Won't buy there anymore.

I did not pay 20 euros of shipping fees for sea shipment for expensive, organic beauty products.

I have been a Kosmetik Kaufhaus since 2017, and this is the first time I am encountering such a problem.

I placed my order on 17 Oct for shipment to Singapore and it usually takes one week. Close to two weeks have passed and my order has not arrived.

When I contacted Kosmetik Kaufhaus customer service, the so-called customer service person Tanja Lampas provided me with the same DHL tracking information that I provided her with.

Not only did she ignore my request as a merchant to take responsibility and contact the courier company they chose, she flat out told me to wait for four weeks and said my parcel may be shipped by sea.

I am not shipping a sofa here, neither did opt for free shipping so Miss Tanja Lampas here has really no clue what she is talking about and is making up lies because she is unwilling to do her job.

Please stop using Covid-19 as an excuse. It may be relevant in January but nine months later, the entire world knows this virus is here to stay like the common flu.

I cannot wait an entire month for my cosmetic items. There is no way anyone in the right frame of mind would order organic beauty products and use sea shipment so the product can rot in transit.

If this problem isn't resolved soon, I will NEVER purchase from Kosmetik Kaufhaus again.

I spent almost 124€ in several serums and creams that I’ve bought previously from certified shops and the texture, aroma, composition were far from the genuine ones. Fake, fake, fake. Gggrrrr. Once, but not more. I do NOT Recommend to anyone, unless you wanna get imitations. But, for a little more, you can get the real thing.
