No call when my father died…avoid the place
The staff did not even call me when my father went to hospital and died in hospital. I was told by someone else 12 hours later. The personnel did not call and worse, the staff said: “I did not know how to contact you” whereas they had my email and phone number

My dad was a resident of Korian in Saverne for 2 years- and it was an excellent experience. I live in USA- and have no sibblings- The group at Korian made every thing possible for my dad to be comfortable. despite the distance- I knew he was in a welcoming place- with awesome care. The nurses kept me informed of the status of my father on a regular basis. When I was in town- I was able to eat with him- either with the residents- either in an independant dining room- I experienced the food which was generous - creative and excellent quality. I can only recommend this place for your love one. I consider myself very lucky to have found Korian Saverne to host my father for his last 2 years of his life. Also - a lot of creative activities are held- such has singing- cooking- and all others- very impressive
