Disappointing product and customer…
Disappointing product and customer service
Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with this product. Rather than absorbing nicely into the skin under my eyes, it left a greasy film sitting on the surface and didn’t feel pleasant to use at all.
Because the product really didn’t suit me, I contacted Korean Skin Beauty to ask whether I could return it for a refund. I was told that because I had opened and tried the product, they would not accept a return.
I understand that companies have their own return policies, but with skincare it is impossible to know whether a product works for you without actually trying it. Considering the price, I was disappointed that there was no satisfaction guarantee or goodwill solution offered.
Sadly, based on both my experience with the product and the way my refund request was handled, I wouldn’t purchase this particular product again.
