Checking your records would show i buy the same product every month, and have done for some years. Therefore you pretty much know to keep 'X' amount in stock. However, recently you've taken to waiting for me to order before you buy from the supplier.

NOT GOOD. Not only are your prices starting to outstrip the value of the product, you're becoming pennywise in your own stock.

If you're in trouble please let me know so's I can locate another supplier.

Now we've sorted out the stock issue - let's work on the price. Once upon a time you were offering a significant discount on Bloem Beengelie, but over the years that discount has reduced, and not in-line with inflation. Bloem proudly tell us on their website about the consistancy of their prices, so I don't think they're upping the price on you. Of course, stocking low will always decrease your margin, leading to price increases, but - hey, that's fixed now, right?

So hopefully your positive attitude on stock will now allow you to tell me of a small reduction on the price for multiple purchases of this product in future ...?

Good service and price. Package is good. Because of super discount, I am worried about the expire date. But from the products, they are fresh with normal expired date.

A lot of assortments with good prices delivery time is also super

I’ve ordered here a few times and can honestly say I’m somewhat disappointed in the time it takes and this last time it took more time. However I was mailed that there was delays.
Then this last pkg was sent and said delivered but not to me. It arrived just today. I don’t know what the heck is going on with the delivery/ post NL & logistics because I’m having this problem a lot lately. You are awaiting a pkg and your post app tells you you have it but you don’t. Then it says when it actually gets delivered ( some don’t) we have delivered your pkg. again. Some one somewhere is an eejit!
When ordering in future I guess I will have to try in future to order much earlier than my expected delivery.
One super good plus is they’re much cheaper in product ranges/brands.

I was very very pleasantly surprised. Some products from the order had to be ordered additionally. The store sent notifications all the time about what exactly was happening. As products were delivered to the warehouse, express delivery was the next day. A very very pleasant attitude

I will rather pay the couple of extra euros but the stress of dealing with your company is just not worth it

Quick delivery. There was an item missing in the package. Contacted the support via chat, the problem was quickly resolved and the missing item separately delivered.

Good price, but a bit disappointing that I ordered 3 packages of a certain product, was confirmed, then after a few days I was told only 1 could be delivered. I also received another email stating that NONE would be delivered, so things were very unclear until finally 1 unit came, a week later. Not having updated stock, plus the confusing messaging and time to deliver, messes up with planning. Will think twice before ordering again.

They kept me informed why pakket would be late. Honest. Packed well. Quality products.

Fairly good but always so long in delivery! I do get my order eventually.

2 weeks passed by, I'm still waiting for my order. Zero follow up, ridiculous! Never buying from this company again

I placed an order 22 days ago and still waiting for it. I have received no updates about the order so far. I wrote 2 emails but received no answer back. Today I tried the chat bot but after answering many questions, it sent me to a human but then informed that there was nobody available to take the chat. I have never have such a bad experience and service with any webshop in the Netherlands!

Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews here before ordering in this website... I ordered on 4th of may on purpose in this website because it is well said that DELIVERY is made within 1 to 3 days and I really needed these products. Though, after receiving an order confirmation email straight away, I still did not receive my order and not even a tracking order email (its 10th of May now). I have sent an email to customer service, no reply. I used the chat in the website and ended up with no response at all saying that nobody is available to reply to me, and spent 30min waiting on the phone to get the same reply form a robot when it was my turn. When I see that it's the case for 80% of the people here, I am really afraid I got scammed... Hopefully it is just the worst customer service ever and I will still receive my order with a huge delay !

Update on 12th may: At least they are checking the reviews here and the website isn't a scam, just not super efficient with customer service issue but at the end, I got my delivery today and they even refunded me for the products I didn't wanted anymore because too late. The products received are exactly what I ordered, so I will add one star !

I never received a tracking code and its over a week now.
They do not answer any emails.

EDIT: After calling I received great service and fast answer. Still waiting for second box but this seems solved.

I'm another client who did not received the order. I purchased on 3rd February. Somebody should call the police that's all. You can't contact anybody and you'll never have your money back. I was SCAMMED!!!!!!
