What I appreciate most is they deliver…

What I appreciate most is they deliver as promised (unlike some websites). Great design and quality. Size description is detailed and accurate so I seldom get my sizes wrong. Shipping may be a bit slow but I can live with it. I’ve made many purchases and have yet to make any return.

Do not order from Kooding!

I did and I really regret it. I paid for the shipping (even though I ordered for almost 300 dollars... on many other websites, the shipping is free once you've shopped more than 100 dollars) and then the delivery service they chose (you don't have a word to say on that matter) asked me 100 dollars to deliver the package to me! I don't usually spend this much in shopping but I thought I would treat myself as I really liked their product but it was still a great deal for me. So asking me 100 dollars in addition to their 20 dollars shipping, it was way too much.
So I asked them to please cancel my order (as it was not even shipped yet) because I don't wish to spend almost 500 dollars in clothes.. and they refused saying that I was too blame and they didn't want to hear anything.
I agree that it was written there could be fees but I never expected this much, on this part I can be to blame maybe but the fact they don't even try to understand you and let you in your problems... I think this is terrible.

Also I already had some mails exchanged with them as many of the products they display on their websites are often out of stock so it's often disappointing and they take a very very long time just preparing your order.

Anyways they're not customer friendly and seem very greedy to me. I'll stick to the other websites I usually order from.

Sorry for the long post, I'm still a bit annoyed and I don't want anyone else to be in the same situation so I'll warn as many people as I can.

By the way, I don't post this expecting that you will all take my side ^^. I really tried to write in all honesty what happened so you can all have your own opinion on the matter and decide if whether or not you are ready to order from them. I, personnally, do not recommand it at all.

Edit: to your answer ----->> I never chose DHL as you do not let the customer choose how they will receive their package. I never specified anything concerning a 2-3 days shipping because this option doesn't even exist (and for the record I waited way longer than that to receive it so you're really not being honest here)

You're talking about a change in french law but I just got delivered a package from another korean clothing company also based in Asia yesterday and... no fees. And don't tell me it's because this fee is randomly asked (like you coldly told me in your former emails) because it is not "random" when it simply never happened with your conccurents.

But this conversation is pointless, you will keep on hiding behind fake excuses.

1. Your shipping fee was $15.99, because you chose the expedited shipping method by DHL that takes only 2-3 days to be delivered from Korea to France.

2. $100 fee you are mentioning is the customs fee that French government enforces and unfortunately we do not have control over it. Europe has recently made changes to their customs regulations and this will impact the way European customers shop from any international stores.

3. Regarding the processing time, we will make sure to pass your feedback to the brands, so that they can improve their processing time.

Not recommending this brand.

Do not pay for Expedited shipping. I paid extra fee so that I could get my clothes ASAP. Their website says that it will take 2-7 days if you pay for expedited shipping. It has been a month and I have not gotten my stuff. I tracked my package on USPS, but it says label created for shipping but does not indicate USPS has received the package. However, Kooding website says that they have shipped the package. I believe this is false, and they have not been sent the packages yet. I would not recommend paying for extra fee for the fast shipping. If you really like their products, then you will have to wait for a long time. Otherwise, I would recommend using other brand(G-Market, Mixxix, etc.)

Absolutely shocked with the terrible…

Absolutely shocked with the terrible customer service by Kooding. Despite sending proof, signed off by the post saying the item had arrived at their premises in November, no refund despite it being months! I have written over 4 emails to no avail. I gave them plenty of chances to rectify the situation before writing this review. At this stage all I can say is DO NOT order from this company which will not refund your money on returns. Also, a very opaque returns policy on their website making it unclear whether they would pay for returns. They DO NOT pay for the postage on returns. Furthermore, after investing further this website for their dodgy business practices, I have noticed other unethical practices on their website where they will name items as cashmere but when you go and check the material there is no cashmere or 1% of cashmere which they are promoting as cashmere items. All in all, avoid this website!

Please note that all the returned packages are reviewed as soon as they are receive by our warehouse and refunds are processed within 48 hours.

Upon thorough investigation on your return package, we have determined that your item was not received in our warehouse. With self-return service the customer is responsible until delivery of the package and therefore we ask to keep your tracking number handy. We did our best to solve the situation by verifying with Korean post office in multiple occasions and they could not locate your package. Please understand that a refund cannot be issued for undelivered returned items.

That being said, as courtesy, we will give an exception this time and issued full refund back to your original payment method.

Korean fashion trend.

Hi,

I am Marten and am keen on Korean culture; therefore, I am big an of Korean fashion and want to support Korean brands. One of the reasons I am really fond of that the quality is high and catchy, especially trendy and reasonably priced. However, the exchange of money is costly. Hope you can open some stores in Toronto because nowadays there is a great deal of Korean individuals who live there. Furthermore, not only Korean but foreigners also pay attention to that. Moreover, shopping in-person is easier for customers. If it is possible, I want to co-operate with you to run and open some in Toronto.

Shipping takes quite a while

Shipping takes quite a while, but other than that, the store is great.

Edit: yes, I knew the estimated ship date. Still takes quite a while for handling before it actually gets shipped out and I receive a tracking number. Won't deter me from ordering again though.

1st time using Kooding

1st time trying this site for clothing purchases. The actual products received are about 70% true to the pictures on website, i.e. they do not look as nice as shown on the pictures. Quality of materials is so-so. Shipment arrived in more than 1 week (not too fast and not too slow).
