While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Bad Goods and Bad Communication
AquaAir (Aqua Air) arrived faulty. I have attempted to contact the kontrol-group.co.uk (Kontrol Limited) three times, now. Via the Contact Form, via email, and via telephone.
Replacements never arrived
Goods were broken on delivery asked for replacements. It has now been over 3 weeks since they said replacements would be sent, still not arrived. Having serious doubts about this company, I see on Companies House it has had many strike offs but has then been re registered.
The website is most definitely a scam.
The website has spelling mistakes and offers no date by which you get your products. The emails to reach out seem sketchy and the address leads to what looks like a farm in Shropshire. Looks and acts like a scam.
Excellent Service
I have bought product on line twice and find the service to be excellent.
