"We checked with logistics company about the items shipping status,
they replied us that your items might be lost during the transportation.".
If you'll ever come across this website, do not order anything from it. In November (2015) I ordered a pasta attachment and some dies for my Kenwood Cooking Chef. After a lengthy dealing and a number of emails I've managed to pay by bank transfer - losing money on fees - and the pacell arrived after a few days. There was a missing die and I promptly got in touch with a guy called Maurizio Prazza to let him know about it. He replied saying that he would have refunded the item as it was no longer in stock. After the first three emails I sent to chase my refund the guy disappeared losing about £9 (€12). I have recently found out on the Internet that this website is based in Hungary and the company is physically located in Italy. Sadly, Italians have a weird concept of conducting business. Indeed, after they sold an item/s they assume that they have no further obligations towards their customers. Even worse, if you are purchasing from abroad: do not expect any refund/replacement. Only buy from reputable and 100% secure Italian online companies. Therefore, do your homework and comb the net for reviews before buying from Italians.
PLEASE NOTE it looks like this website will shortly be changed into pastaidea.com
