Terrible experience! I have purchased a bed from their website. I have paid almost 200 Euros and never received anything. I have tried to call them, sent them emails but they never got back to me.

1 year apart and same bad service. Like last time.. Website says IN STOCK 2-3 days delivery.

Then nothing happens. 5 days later i write email asking as there is nothing from them..
and they reply some days later & say wait 3-4 weeks... 4 weeks later nothing, i ask again, they reply... We dont know the date from the manfucuturer...?! ok maybe ask them when you make a deal...

They take no responsibility but take the money before they send items... webshop aka 1999. Sorry.
But the products are good.
Last time i put my money there. :(

Poor quality, overpriced and terrible customer service. The spare covers have been out of stock for almost a year and the beds are not even a year old and look completely worn out. Much better products and better companies out there to deal with. Don’t waste your time.

This company uses unobtainable prices as "from" prices but no matter which combination you choose between size and colour you can never achieve this price. It is misleading and it has been like that for 6+ months. I reported it to them and they said they were working on correcting it but it is not that difficult to display correct prices in a webshop and they have not changed it yet. Instead they hold on to this misleading practice. The obtainable prices are on average 25% higher than the "from" prices. Thus the company is breaking the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.

I see from this site that Knuffelwuff no longer responds to negative reviews on here... I have had a puppy 2 weeks. My pup was able to split part of the bed by being in a crate 20 minutes. After inspection the part of the cushion affected is thinner that the rest. Clearly faulty. Knuffelwuff advised me that because my dog was in the crate they can't help. What a disgusting attitude. The bed cost £100. Very very hard lesson learned and atrotious service. Shame on you Knuffelwuff
