I recently completed the 3-day CSPO course with KnowledgeHut, and it was a great learning experience. Attended Professional Scrum Master II(PSM-II) Training. It was excellent and really helped me gain a lot of insights.

I did CSM certification and it was a great experience and very interactive class.

I’m writing this out of pure frustration and disappointment. When I first spoke to the sales team at KnowledgeHut (UpGrad), they convinced me to join their Cloud Engineer Bootcamp. I clearly told them I didn’t have money, but they pressured me to take a loan, promising that I’d get a job for sure after completing the course.

I trusted their words and took the loan. But life hit me hard — I faced serious problems at home and couldn’t finish the course on time. The duration was 6 months, and now when I tried to continue again, I found that my name is completely wrong in the portal.

I reached out to customer care several times, but honestly, it’s the worst experience ever. They just keep passing my issue from one person to another, sending me different emails and phone numbers. No one takes responsibility, no one actually helps.

I feel betrayed and helpless. I trusted this institute with my career, my time, and even took a loan based on their promises. Now, I’m stuck — no job, no support, and not even my name corrected in their system.

Please, if anyone from UpGrad or KnowledgeHut management reads this — take this seriously. Stop forcing people into loans and false promises. Treat students with honesty and respect.
