Was unable to give zero stars

Was unable to give zero stars. I ordered two dresses which were of terrible quality so returned them. This involved lots of photos and tracked return postage - total of £130
I’ve had one excuse after another and no refund 6 months later. Theyre a total scam - do not use.

Klyber deserves no star at all.

Klyber deserves no star at all.
The customer service is almost non existent. Only a complaint to Paypal stirred them into making a response.
The item ( a buckskin jacket) arrived and bore hardly any resemblance to the item advertised. It is made of a very flimsy articial material. A complete joke and huge disappointment at the same time.
After many emails and the prompt from Paypal they initially refused a refund. The Paypal complaint was escalated and I was then offered half a refund.
very unsatisfactory and I feel completely conned.
Beware.

Klyber is scam.

If there was a no-star review, I would have chosen it. I am not one who gives bad reviews. On the contrary, I like giving good reviews. I find it quite difficult sending things back except such items are really horrible and horrendous. Klyberwear is the worst company on the planet of the earth. The fact that the government of the the Netherlands and the EU have allowed these scammers to thrive despite all the recorded scams perpetrated by this company, is beggars' belief! This company should be shut down and the owners arrested and locked up. They are fleecing unsuspecting customers of their hard-earned money.
I patronised Klyberwear on the basis that it was a registered company in the Netherlands. I bought 2 trousers- £105.90. When they arrived, they weren't my size; too small. And the quality was diabolical. Despite my emails to this company to ask for a refund and a return, they have not come back to me and it's over 26 days now. One is one wonders if the government of the Netherlands are in bed with this scammers otherwise why should they allow them to still be operating and scamming people? It is tragic and disappointing for a country who prides themselves of integrity and transparency. Everything contained in the Consumer Protection Act in the EU and the Netherlands is been tested and the governments still sits aloof while these dirty scoundrels screw customers over.

Should be no stars

Should be no stars. The company is a con. Adverts appear to be from a Dutch address but returns are to China within 14 days. Goods not even delivered within 14 days. Product quality shocking and not as advertised. Photos look good but don’t be taken in by them. Stay away.

SCAM! Do NOT buy from Klydear!

Photos of the clothes look like thick quality cotton but are not the items you receive, that are thin polyester! They are careful not to say the type of fabric in their online information. Klydear say they have a company address in England and Wales. There is no evidence of this but they do in Hong Kong. I emailed x3 and sent photos but they ignore my complaints about the photos and fabric, saying it is fine so keep the garments. Do not buy from this scamming company that will never give a refund.

Absolute scam

Absolute scam, the clothes comes in looking absolutely nothing like what the website advertises. The hoodie I delivered was XL and couldn’t even fit my gf’s arms all the way up to her wrists.

Do not order from this company

This company shows pictures of clothes on the website and they look nothing like the garment that arrives. They are poor quality and wrong size. Tried to return the item and no way to return. Contacted customer service via email and they were down right rude in their response. To top it off not sure if connected but my credit card info was stolen from online purchase. Only used the card for two online purchases and the other company was reputable! Do not order from this site!

I can't return my hoodie and its nothing like on the website

I ordered a hoodie from this website, it came within 3 weeks. When I opened the package the hoodie was made of very cheap fabric (sort of leggingfabric). It wasn't thick on the inside but just very light. The print on the hoodie didn't entirely match the print from the picture. I asked them to return my hoodie because there was mentioned that you can return it and get youre money back within 15 days. I send them an email and I constantly received a mail that my product was fine and that I had to keep it. I don't want this ugly sweater and they keep aswering that I need to keep it. It was 30 euros and 10 euro shipment costs.

Crap customer service and still waiting Ordered goods two weeks ago worth £75

Ordered goods two weeks ago worth £75 - a week passes still awaiting shipment. Politely approach for approx delivery date

Response:
Dear customer,we need enough time to prepare your order, please be patient

To which I reply: I am being patient - I just need to know if it will be here before Christmas for presents please? If it wont get here in time thats ok - I just need you to confirm a rough time scale.

Their responce comes three days later which was:

Maybe

-------
I kid you not - just maybe - no dear customer - no other info.
