I recently found a bug in their version…

I recently found a bug in their version 12.x software and they eventually acknowledge it. Since that time, they have come out with version 14 and I inquired whether I had to pay for the version upgrade to get the bug fixed. I have sent 6 emails within 9 days and have yet to hear back from them. Their support is horrible and I would recommend that no one buy this software because of this. It's too bad because the software is actually good.

Don't bother with the WSCC software

Don't bother with the WSCC software. Looked great, but I did a comparison with installing ALL NirSoft facilities, and comparing them to the NirSoft Laucher. I tried in excess of 10 searches of apps from the official laucher within WSCC and NONE of them were in WSCC! What the heck?
