The windows look fantastic; even better than I expected. Sam and Matt, the fitters, have been absolutely brilliant, working really hard all day, overcoming all sorts of little issues with plaster and windowsills etc. I am really grateful to them.

The Kloeber Funky front door maintenance.

My door has been steadily getting stiffer to close fully over quite a few months or maybe a year. I still had the delivery note, so I emailed the company with details of the product and the problem. The next morning, I had an email reply explaining that adjustment was occasionally needed, enclosing the maintenance manual and with a link to videos showing in simple language how to make adjustments.

I watched the video and five minutes with a screwdriver cured the problem perfectly.

Great service for a super product.

We are very pleased with our Funky Front Door. I'm deducting one star as we had issues with the operation of the door which Kloeber would only send an inspection team out to look at after up-front payment of quite a large inspection fee. To be fair to them - they did say it was refundable should the problem be due to door failue or installation issues (as Kloeber had installed the door) but this did create some anxiety as we waited for their visit and conclusion on the situation. Their engineers Shay and Richard turned up and had an excellent manner and did an excellent job tracing the issues to errors made at the initial installation (which they didn't do). Great result as we were refunded the inspection fee and have been left with a very smooth performing and much loved door. Thanks Shay & Richard!

Excellent service from Chris Jones at Kloeber windows. So good to have a showroom to actually look at the product and to discuss the configuration. You get what you want then and you can feel and see the quality of the product. Chris was really helpful - picked my up from Huntingdon Station as I had travelled from SE
London and patiently discussed all the options and details with me. Although Kloeber are basically suppliers they liaise with your builders/installers to make sure measurements are correct and are super helpful at every step of the process from sales to delivery. Would have no hesitation in recommending from the first point of contact with Chris Jones right the way through to delivery. Excellent!

This morning the fitters Tony and Sam from Klober carried out the repairs to the door quicky and efficiently. They were friendly and professional and left everything clean and tidy and in full working order.

From start to finish, I cannot fault the service.

Nick Fogg was on hand to talk to and/or email and delivery dates that were promised were honoured.

Even when second sets of keys for the windows were requested, they were delivered to me the next day!

Recommend highly and will use again.

Overall very pleased with our Funky Front Door. We were able to get a bespoke design for the sidelights, complete with custom etching and house name at a sensible price - something that competitors could not do. Daniel D gave great support through the design and ordering process. I would say that the hand-off to the production / fitting teams could have been better - it wasn’t personal at all and somewhat rigid and off-putting. But the installation went smoothly and we are delighted with the final result.

Tony, Sam, Matt and Mark came to install 2 doors for us last week. They were a brilliant team who worked really well together, did a fantastic job and tidied up when finished. Definitely a team to request if buying from Kloeber!
The doors are amazing quality and we love them. One thing to be aware of if you are planning to buy the Uberfront Black Edition is that the glass is amazing during the day, you can see clearly out but no one can see in. Unfortunately this is not the case at night, everyone can see in so we are having to purchase a black opaque privacy screen. We tried a black screen first but whilst it made a difference you could still see us in the house. This is a real shame as we have now reduced the light in the front hallway and can no longer see out at all. Have suggested to Kloeber sales that maybe a built in blind could be thought about for the Bishopgate style like ours. We'd also be happy to trial it :-)

Purchased a Eurofold timber bi-fold as we wanted to use a local company. All worked fine until we noticed a large internal crack down the top of one of the panes of glass. The bi-folds are a year old. We contacted Kloeber who stated that the glass is not covered under warranty.

Seems like this isn't the first time, see previous review on this site. It will not allow links to be posted here.

They then quoted us £468 to deliver a replacement pane of glass and will not even quote to fit it. Given this I would seriously consider another company who's warranty will cover you on a costly repair within a short period of time of ownership!

Update
In response to Kloeber's reply this was not external damage. There is no crack on either side of the window, the crack is internal within the sealed unit coming down from the top and appeared over a cold snap. So the glass unit has failed. Kloeber's statement that it was damaged is not correct, presumably because this takes it out of their warranty and they can charge us for replacement glass. Therefore there seems to be no scenario where a glazed unit is covered under warranty.

From first point of contact with Kloeber, Charlotte in the office was very helpful and arrange for Shay and Richard to visit my house and change the handle, barrel and mend my front door. Very polite and efficient. Now I can actually use my front door :-)

Everything happened just as they said it would. Richard Coowar was very helpful during the sales process. The delivery arrived early. The delivery team were meticulous in making sure the site was ready for the installation. The installation team did their work in a day and left everything clean and tidy when they left.

Bought Bi-Folds and French doors that were supplied and fitted. The timber hadn't been seasoned properly and the moisture in the timber blew the paint after a week.
After several Months a specialist repair company made good the defective areas and had highly technical method of drying the paint on a very cold January day. A hair dryer!!
This repair lasted a Month so Kloeber opted to replace the effected areas and one door. Unfortunately on the day of install there were issues with the bi-folds, a crack in the new cil and door.
They came back to replace these.

The paint then failed on the French doors frame and instead of painting they sent two guys down to replace the frame.
Now one of the glazed units has failed with two mighty internal cracks and I've been told that glazing isn't part of the warranty.
I pointed out my rights as a consumer and been offered a supply only glazed unit.
In my view the timber product from Kloeber is not up to scratch. I've had to make good around the windows and decorate each time they've visited.
I thought I was buying some top European made product.

Only plus is the install/repair teams are nice guys.
I hate writing bad reviews, the repair guys said I've been unlucky. It certainly feels that way.

Edit* I've just read another reviewers experience who's glazing also cracked and was fobbed off by Kloeber. Something internally inside the frame must be touching the glass and leading to a stress riser. He was also told glazing isn't covered, contrary to his rights under the consumer rights act 2015.

Just had replacement locks fitted to our recently installed Custom slide doors as one of the originals was slightly faulty. Mark and Richard did an excellent job, especially as the replacement locks weren’t quite the same as the originals. They took time and care with the work to make sure everything was right, and it all functioned as it should. Thanks for your efforts guys - greatly appreciated.

Fantastic experience from the moment we walked into the showroom, to the final fitting of our beautiful front door. The quality of the door and the workmanship is second to none. The team that fitted it on the coldest day of the year so far, could not have been more polite or professional.
