Order placed, no delivery atfer weeks of waiting. No reply to emails. Nothing.
A scam or a dead company?

I placed an order 45 days ago and they never responded to my email or delivered the order. I think it's a fake website.

I think it's a scam company only phone is 07471945931 and goes straight to voice mail. I would urge everyone to change email password and beware of calls to your phone. Emails on orders come from WordPress a place allowing people to set up all sorts of things as soon as I got the order confirmation I immediately changed everything. Be aware.

Placed 2 orders in the space of 2 weeks and never received anything. Not even any despatch information.

Ive jut done the same, ordered for CoD. I know they now have my details, but good luck to them. I have missed the scam calls I used to get. Being retired gave me a bit of fun leading them along, especially if it wasn't an accent I recognise as British

I have just been searching for the cheapest retailer of a certain product and this company came up as being a quarter of the price of anywhere else. This immediately rang alarm bells. I then compared the product image they have online with the actual product I have at home (purchased from a reputable high street pharmacy chain) and these are different! Yet it is supposed to be exactly the same product. Please BEWARE of this company. Would have given zero stars but one star is the smallest option on Trustpilot.

Looks like i've been scammed like everyone else. I only figured something was wrong when their only payment method after placing the order was Cash on Delivery.

I could only pay by cash on delivery for my online order. Why they have done that I am not sure, except as a means of gaining personal information (names/addresses/emails/phone numbers) - but someone could always turn up at the front door with counterfeit products and try to get payment (including card/bank details) before we might realise it is a scam.

The company does not answer emails or the phone (there is only a mobile number) and its voicemail is always full and can't take any more messages. This is also a symptom of a business that may be going bust.

Alarm bells should have rung when they asked for C.O.D! Wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. Cheapest not always the best, must remember in future. They now have my details so expect I will be receiving lots of junk and phishing emails.Grrrr....

Clicked expecting it to be a legit site which I could use PayPal to pay. No it’s gone through as cash on delivery, which is weird as what companies do that???
All the 5* reviews here must be fake— they are all by “ 1 review” people, a dead give away.
Any phone calls will be blocked, just wish I’d read the reviews first.
To add: No order arrived obviously but my spam folder for the email I gave is since inundated daily with ‘ Youve won’ ‘claim your free xxx’ so I’m guessing this is their purpose.

Phishing website.!! Do NOT enter any details on Kleinfeld website. This company has nothing to sell apart from your details. All they do is harvest your information and sell it to criminals.

realised i had ordered something by mistake. nowhere to cancel order it just says session expired. Sent an email straight away to cancel order but worried they have some of my details. don't know how to unsubscibe from them. Can't anything be done about this firm they are just stealing data. Who do you contact.

Really wish I had read reviews before ordering. Guessing I'm never going to receive my item, but glad they don't ask for bank details up front.

Its a scam to harvest personal data. Before I got to the payment page it skipped to a page stating transaction complete, cash-on-delivery.

This is nothing but a scam. No goods ever received. Avoid this company at all costs. They deliberately undercut ebay with the view of getting your personal details and then you get phone calls trying to get further information such as your card details etc. I wish I had done a search on this company before trying to purchase goods, Will remember in future to do this,

They make you believe you're purchasing your chosen item and ask for card details stating they won't take any money from you. What you are actually doing is subscribing for something completely different and the cost of the subscription is anything fron £48 a month!!!!! Avoid at all costs as it is fraudulent

Doh I just fell for this one too!!!

Scam. Entered name number email and address in order to progress with the purchase and it saved all the details and said purchase was complete without me paying for it. Clearly stealing personal data. Catches people out by undercutting Amazon on popular items. Was then emailed by a Wordpress account thanking me for my purchase. Definitely fake. I’m annoyed I didn’t check for reviews before using it.
