Placed a small order online with these useless people. Sent me an order confirmation & took money very quickly & that was it!! Its been 3 weeks now & order still not received. Have sent them 4 emails, which they havn't replied to.
When you look at their contact details, there is no telephone number available. Says "they are having problems with this at the moment". What a surprise eh!! Dont want people phoning them to find out where their order is! Looks to me like a company that is going out of business & still advertising online to fleece money from people, that will never get what they ordered.
Scam artists!!!!!!!

After reading the reviews thought I'd buy from this company, they are very speedy taking payment and sending confirmation. It's now been about a month, no replies to emails and no product.

I have recently used this company to supply a very small order, the order itself including taking my money was processed very quickly.
In a short time an email was sent out confirming the order which also stated that there would be a follow up email which would state when the item would be sent out. This email has not been received. I have tried to contact KJ REPTILE'S via email although a week later and still no response.
I will now be asking my Visa card company to authorise a refund.

Good quality items and fast delivery. Will certainly use again.

Frozen mice arrived with dry ice and ice pks nice and frozen , all mice packed well with sizes of mice on pks which helps as sml n med the same size virtually !!

The bulb I ordered was received very well packaged and in great condition, and seems to be working perfectly. A small probem with the delivery charge was dealt with extremely quickly with a refund offered and really great, friendly customer service. I would not hesitate to use this company again as I know that any problem I have will be sorted out quickly, efficiently and in a friendly way! Thank you KJ Reptile Supplies!

I was loooking for Zoo Med products in paticular The 10.0 Uvb bulb,u can not find them in a local pet store,only exo terra reptisun and their priced at 60 Euro plus wtf is that????
So got this at reasonable price with p+p to Ireland,they didnt have the Reptile food i ordered in stock but they emailed me a.s.a.p with a substitute.
Will be ordering again very Soon!

This company has the personal touch about it as it has been carefully built up and over time grown and evolved. Great selection of products and some well known brands stocked in too! Can't wait to see some animals up on here in the future.
