The volunteer didnt know english properly. She even said she will explain in english in each space after Italian but she didnt. If she would have mentioned earlier we wouldnt have wasted time in the queue and rather experienced better exhibitions

This company is a joke. Products seem ok at first but the quality is shocking!! Slap dash at its finest. READ reviews before you buy! They rely on volume so they don’t have to care about quality clearly. Can’t even get their liquids in the uk either so you’re literally buying a chunk of cheap plastic and you have to sub it with bits from other vape companies. A sham AND scam rolled into one!

My device is supposed to have 2 years of warranty. The pod broke and i contacted their official website. With an automated reply, they informed me to take it to the authorized reseller in my country (Cyprus). I did! They did not offer a replacement as they should because they claimed it's "liquid damage" (apparently thats the excuse they give to everyone). They had it for a month and they called me it was fixed. However, they had the nerve to ask for 10 euros!!! Shame on them. I contacted the official website of kiwivapor.com again to argue my case but they have not replied. Not only that, but when i shared my experience on their facebook page, they blocked me! A shady company, with shady products and practices and an awful, inexistent customer service. Stay away from them and save your 75-80 euros for a product that will break in 2 months tops! There are much better (and cheaper) alternatives out there.
I contacted kiwivapor.com because device stopped working after 2 months. I was promised 3 years warranty! Ticket was created and CS replied and refered me to local dealer Nicorex. Local dealer first told me, the product I own is not original one, that original one has different color, much darker shade. I presented receipt and serial nr that matched with producer one that I registered on kiwivapor.com. Then local dealer in estonia Nicorex told me, well it still not covered by warranty because it has 'liquid damage'. Another shady explanation to sneak out of warranty Advised to throw it away and buy a new one. Totally unreliable device and unprofessional service. Would not recommend.
I got this as a gift from a friend, and I wanted to order more filter tips. I visited their website to order the filters, but I couldn't create an account. Kept trying for days and gives error. When I sent an email to support, they reply after several days asking what's the problem which I explained. Then, nothing happens.
