I have never received my customized t-shirt and hoodie 3xl and I have to keep calling to get an update, it's heading to a month now

The items were delivered within the specified timelines and the items were packaged attractively.

I will be honest. Though I was expecting a good product I was never expecting one this amazing. This being said, the Blue Tribal Full design looked so beautiful! My intention was to rock these shoes with a grey suit at my senior prom, and that is apparently exactly what I did since everyone I met first told me, even before hello, "your shoes are the best shoes I have ever seen". I am thankful to KituKali for getting me my shoes in time for this function, and I will forever treasure these truly magnificent shoes. It is heartwarming to see African culture be represented so well, at such affordable costs, while still helping a local African business. It has been a true pleasure and I look forward to my next purchase.

I love my purchase. My size was not available in store, but a fresh pair of shoes could be sent to me within 3 days (since there was a weekend in between). I placed an order and paid instore and from there I got my order confirmation almost instantly and an electronic sales receipt. I received my shoes well packed in a nice shoe bag and box in 3 days as promised. The shoes are brilliant, fun and trendy. I am sure people in the UK are going to stop me in the street and ask me where I got them from. Thanks Kitu Kali.

LOVED THE COLOUR AND MATERIAL BUT NOT HAPPY WITH THE STITCH ON THE SLEEVES AS BOTH SLEEVE HAS DIFFERENT PATTERN STITCH WHICH WAS NOT SHOWN AS ON YOU PICS ON ADVERTS.

I was drawn to the shoes because I always like bright, colorful patterns, and I went with the "Bold & Subtle" oxfords. Mind you, I had to go with the custom option because I wear a size 14 US, but I received my shoes exactly two weeks after ordering them, which was way faster than expected considering they were made from scratch. And once they came in, the colors were vibrant and they fit perfectly.

If there's one area I'd criticize, they sell gorgeous boots as well and I wish they were customizable like the oxfords, but they only come in pre-made varieties which only go up to size 13 US. I get that the plus-sizes are custom-only, but if the boots became customizable in the future, I'd definitely get a pair. But as for the pair I have now, they're gorgeous, they fit perfectly, and delivery was a snap. I highly recommend.

I received my Kitu Kali shoes and I am loving them. People actually comment at work, in cafes, on the street on my shoes. This is because of an amazing and unusual design rarely seen in the Western hemisphere. As for me, I cannot stop grinning when I wear them! Tell us, Kitu Kali staff: did you pack some happiness with it, too?

They promptly and kindly got back to me when I reached out and sorted my size change swiftly and efficiently. Overall a positive experience with Kitu Kali!

The products are creative and great, happily you have made the sole for the house slippers now stronger.
You might want to review your prices down a little somewhat to increase sales volumes given the present economic situation.
But kudos for opening the 2 shops service at Junction was excellent and vibrant!!

We got 5 pairs of Kitu Kali shoes for my husband-to-be and his groomsmen for our big day and they all absolutely LOVE them. The service was fantastic and the Kitu Kali team even made us matching pocket squares and ties to bring it all together. 10 stars 😁
