I have not been impressed with Kitty…
I have not been impressed with Kitty Bingo. I have played hundreds of games over a couple of months and not had one win. I have played on various other sites and found this the worst. I haven't expected a big win but maybe even a £10 win to make me feel like I'm playing. I really enjoy the site and the variety of games but I feel I am losing interest. I have set myself a maximum to deposit and when that's done, I will be longer playing.
I also think Kitty Bingo should not be allowed to give bonuses that have to be used after you have spent your full deposit, as this is encouraging people to spend more and gamble more. If it was a genuine bonus and they cared and respected there customers, they would just give the bonus and let you spend it at your leisure, it's absolutely con!

Joined a couple of days ago with the promotion of free 40 pound in bonus money and 50 free spins once I'd deposited £10, 40 pound bingo bonus money was added but did not receive the free spins, joined live chat and the advisor said I should be able to locate the spins and sent me a link which still did not work, in the end the advisor said she would take the free 50 spins back and give me 5pound in bonus funds to make up for the free spins not working, the advisor was very polite and did try and help and guild me the best she could, their is a good selection of games but I can agree every so often whilst playing I had a error which booted me out the game and had to restart the game again and this happened around 4-5 times which is why i have given 4 stars instead of 5. Had a small win and make the withdrawal and this was processed pretty quick with no hassle

Absloute scam .. didn't get the £25 welcome offer till I complained.
Lost that and deposited a little more money and won.
Withdrawn it and said it had been sent t9 my bank , still mo sign of it after 4 hours when I went to log back in said I was locked out. Called again to ask why and my account is locked as they want I.d .
I'd only won 20 quid lol
No email with proper details asking for documents just been given instructions and a email address to send it to nervously sent my documents but no receipt email advising received and I'm still locked out. Absolutey dreadful practice that needs looking into.

Scam scam scam!!! Do NOT USE
I was lured into this bingo site by the welcome offer! Deposit £5 and get £25.
I deposited £5 and surprise surprise no offer. spoke to Jacob on online chat and he said the offer didn’t exist and asked me to email a screenshot of the offer, which I did as I am to stubborn to give in, eventually I got the £25.
Started playing a few games and had a few small wins which I was happy with, but wanted to withdraw them and call it a day.
BUT.. no way of getting them , due to a ridiculous wagering requirement where you have to spend £90 to get anything back.
Several online chats with Kaydon, Lynn , Adele and god knows who (all taking about 5/6 mins for each reply ) which is so frustrating you feel like chucking your phone at a wall.
Can’t speak to anyone on the phone either, they hope you get so fed up (which I eventually did)
