The quality of the Eiffel tower stockings are soft but durable. The creativity, stitching and the pattern of the tower is so elegant! The packaging is lovely, right out of a luxurious shop in Paris. The experience at Kitten D’Amour was incredible, as a teen girl I feel that staff at other stores are irritated when I ask to try things on but when I went in April, the lady helped me with my dress and gave me options to try, the staff here are extremely welcoming and the clothes are extremely nice, I feel so confident in the dress I chose! Be extremely careful with Kitten D’Amour sizing. I’m a standard size 10, yet depending on the design you could need anything from an 8 to a 14. Their sizing is wildly inconsistent, and if you purchase online, you risk being stuck with items that don’t fit. They do not offer refunds — only store credit — and that credit comes with restrictions and an expiry date. Considering their dresses start at around $269, this is really disappointing.

Also be aware that many of the positive reviews are incentivised with reward points, so they don’t always reflect genuine customer experiences. If you still want to buy Kitten D’Amour, wait for a sale (they’re frequent), or buy from Facebook groups or eBay where many people resell regretted purchases. I won’t spend another dollar with them.

The inconsistency I’ve experienced with your customer service matches the inconsistency in your sizing. My concern wasn’t simply about the returns policy being “available before purchase”; it was about how difficult it is for customers when sizing varies so dramatically between styles, yet the responsibility and cost of returns is placed entirely on the customer.

Regarding manufacturing, I asked because transparency matters. Your reply mentions “specialist makers” and “ethical practices,” but doesn’t actually provide any clear information about where your garments are produced or how those standards are verified. General statements don’t answer the question.

I raised my concerns respectfully, and I hope they’re genuinely reviewed rather than met with generic responses. Clearer sizing consistency and genuine transparency would go a long way in improving customer confidence.

I was able to buy some super cool belts out of my very long Wishlist! Kitten D’Amour comes presented with elegance with a general reflection on the past with a modern twist into the future. I have found that often their sizing is just a tad on the larger size which I know as a female, it’s always a nice extra! But I also pay attention closely to the whole publication and always double check sizing. They do tend to be on the pricier side but they don’t make huge numbers of garments so by default for most items of clothing (or belts in my case) are ones you won’t find everyone wearing allowing you to be original but still not out of place.

I think that in general Kitten D’Amour is much more about standing tall (very important if you are wearing heels ladies!) and feel confident in what you’re wearing. Even if you start with an item like the Birdsong belt I’m so grateful to help and move up to other items you’d like as your confidence grows, I wouldn’t be disappointed and I don’t think you will be also. I also highly recommend them if you’re wanting to send a present to another person, thanks to their presentation and speed of mailing, I’m happy to recommend them on this front also. The recipient is sure to enjoy it if that’s what you’ve chosen.

Absolutely love all my kitten purchases. They are high quality and worth the money. Customer service is also on point. Never had an issue. The only suggestion is to have a size guide for the S,M,L etc. Range not just for the number sizing.
