Product is of great quality and there is plenty of communication, they just seem to take too long to produce.

Excellent Service
Excellent service and quality product!
Ordered a number of tags for deployment, asked for black embroidery on tan webbing, and received the pieces very quickly. Even got extra ones and a little note saying they weren't happy with the finished products of some, so they sent both the ones they weren't happy with and the ones they were happy with. Tbh, I couldn't see the difference but I love their honesty and professionalism!
My bags were easily identified with the tags when going around the turntable in the airport.
All in all, very pleased and satisfied with my purchases and I highly recommend them!

Strong product with great customer service
Strong product with great customer service.
The tags are durable and effective - I've used them before and have bought more for use on civvy and mil kit.
Particularly reassuring to get a message from the company to check that my order was correct (I'd selected a slightly odd combination!) before proceeding to manufacture.
