Beautiful designs but frustrating patterns

Beautiful patterns, good service, and quality is good, but their patterns are complicated to understand. I mostly had problem with the Kalsoy sweater. You have to read between the lines. I had to pay an advanced knitting teacher to help me understand and she was stunned by how badly and unclear the patterns were explained. For the price, I would be expecting more clarity and better organization of explanations in their patterns.
