VERY BAD EXPERIENCE.Never buy anything from kitchen stuffs plus.Poor product quality.Tefuse all REFUND.Treat customers the way they want
DAMAGE/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
They send defective/damaged products and if you live in a different city you are stuck with them since you have to return them in person. BIG SCAM! Do NOT order from them.
Do not buy anything from this store if…
Do not buy anything from this store if you cannot return it, because they make several excuses to reject your return request.
I purchased a slicer from their Richmond Hill store. When I approached the cashier, Lana, to return a drum slicer, she repeatedly tried to find reasons not to accept the return. First, she claimed the item was used and smelled of garlic. I explained that the product had not been used, but she then insisted it smelled of another food. Finally, she changed her reasoning again, saying it did not smell but that the plastic bags covering the parts looked wet.
This back-and-forth was frustrating and unprofessional. When I told her I would escalate the issue to customer service, she responded dismissively and without respect.
I would also like to note that although the item was not used, the return policy posted in the store does not specify "unused" as a condition for returning items.
several excuses
Kitchen Stuff "customer service" is afraid of customers
Nov 30, 2024 Kitchen Stuff Plus Mississauga Ontario sent me a shipping confirmation without the tracking number. Emailed back to "customer service" and got a response with a number that resulted in an error message from UPS. Alerted "customer service" chat. I got a templated response that did not indicate that the company (Kitchen Stuff) had any intent to check the tracking number with UPS. Called UPS after 5 days and was told the tracking number was wrong. Alerted Kitchen Stuff and got another templated response by a bot named "HaydenÈ. Kitchen Stuff takes great pains to isolate its living staff from any inquiries whether by phone or online.
Even if the item eventually is delivered, which I doubt, I will not purchase from this company in the future.
Do NOT order from them
Do NOT order from them. I placed a big online order but they did not want to pay Purolator so just cancelled my whole order. I understand that the CP strike is annoying for businesses, but they should still ship orders out, not just cancel orders.

Went to KSP 40% off warehouse closing sale in Brampton Ontario. I was going to pick up wooden coat hangers that I paid $5 for at my local Hamilton store. With the 40% off the same wooden hanger was $5.!!!!
What a rip off.!!!
Great first experience
Great first experience! I didn't know this store as a Quebec customer. The shipping was super quick! Ordered on Wednesday night and got it Friday in the daytime. Everything was packaged really well, and I was able to use the welcome discount. 5/5 experience!
