I had a first experience with onsite Product ordering with Kitchen One. My whole experience is wonderful starting from ordering til delivery and after sales services.
The prices are very competitive.

God information omkring levering, dog kom pakken i en alt for overdimensioneret kasse, hvilket er total spild af ressourcer. Alt var intakt, så ingen problemer.

Pakket forsvarligt👍🏻, og hurtig levering og ekspedition😊.. Kan kun anbefales👍🏻😁

I received a damaged item in my delivery and immediately submitted a claim with multiple photos of the damaged item and details.
Instead of responding with return and replacement instructions, the customer service keeps emailing me asking about how the item was packed and wanting photos of the box and packaging materials even though I have explained on each email that it was packed correctly but the item itself was defective.
It just seems like they are looking for an excuse to delay or reject the return claim at this point. I would never want to order from this place again.

KitchenOne.dk has an excellent service & I highly recommend this to others☺️. I could trace & track my order & I received it in the exact date (I ordered 1st of March 2023 & I received 4th of March 2023) w/c KitchenOne.dk did specify on their website. Thumbs Up👍!

Unfortunately a couple of days after my order, I was informed that one of the items in my order that was in stock at the time of purchase was not in stock anymore. Just wish I would have known sooner. The rest of the order was shipped and delivered according to the expected time.

The product was as expected, but the packaging was damaged. It’s embarrassing to give that as a gift. Tried contacting their customer service but bluntly they said they couldn’t do anything because the product is sold out. Left a bad taste in my mouth. I don’t think I order from them anymore.
