I ordered a single kitchen wall…
I ordered a single kitchen wall cupboard door to cover the hole where my built-in microwave once sat. The online ordering system was quite simple but I rang the helpline to clarify a few points. They were really helpful and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. Great service! The shaker door had to be vinyl wrapped in Montana Oak, to match the rest of my kitchen. It arrived nicely wrapped, on the date advertised and the door quality and colour was a perfect match, with hinge holes drilled as requested. I only had to fit the door handle and mount the hinges to finish the job. Its really good and well worth the money. I'm really pleased with the result and product. What a great company to deal with.

Delaminated panels

New
Communication, measuring details and delivery were good. But 50% of our panels have delaminated since kitchen was installed in 2017. Initially they were covered by warranty but after that it was at my expense. Now the colour we have is discontinued (Dakar High Gloss) and I have 5 panels that have delaminated. I now have to consider having the kitchen refitted again.

I am sorry that we no longer stock the colour from your original order. We keep reserve stock of a colour, even after it’s been discontinued, for the lifetime of an orders warranty. As this colour was outside of the warranty period, the factory had sadly run down the last of it. We did have a thorough check in the factory just in case!
However, I’m pleased to see you’ve advised us that you’d be happy to select a different colour, and I can see we’ve offered you a discount on the new order to help get things sorted for you.

Good company to deal with.
The service was excellent. The doors we ordered were great quality and the measurements perfect.
We also ordered vinyl wrap to cover certain areas. The quality of the wrap was very good, but was tricky to fit when going around corners because of the thickness.
The overall look and finish of our kitchen is excellent.

The entire process from initial enquiry to the delivery of the product was expertly handled. I found the quality of my wardrobe doors excellent and the time and effort that must have been taken packaging them was fully appreciated.If i was to be critical on any issue,it would be that i found found the website a little confusing, and they are not the cheapest.However the old saying is "you buy cheap,you buy twice"

Not a good experience
Ordered a door from them to match my existing ones. It turns out that their definition of a gloss finish is a bit suspect. I ordered a high gloss finish but the door they supplied me has an odd satin finish and doesn't match the other doors. Unfortunately I didn't notice this until I had fitted the new handle, drilling the back of the new door in the process which means I couldn't return it. Very expensive learning process for me and a pity their definition of finishes wasn't clearly explained on the website. Not a happy customer.

We are always mindful that computer screens and descriptions of colours can only get so close to the real thing, which is why we offer free colour samples on a next day delivery, as well as very cheap sample doors.
We always want our customers to make a fully informed choice, particularly when matching doors!
Unfortunately I can’t see that any of these were requested, and as you say above, once doors are fitted we can’t accept them back.
