Order never turned up

Ordered a shirt on 15th December, according to the tracking it was shipped on 16th. It has been showing as shipped status since, now 10days ago. Expected delivery date was 17th - 19th Dec... hoping it turns up by 19th Dec 2026! Tried to contact them through their virtual chat, got told to expect a replacement to be sent and e-mail confirmation in 48hrs. Well that was 5days ago now and still nothing. I will now battle them for a refund and purchase elsewhere, lesson learnt.

Received a dodgy item

Received the kit, spent near on £100, i thought this is a legitimate website with real kits, the socks have a hole in them and I cant get hold of customer services, the email sends an auto reply saying fill out this form that doesn't work

Still waiting on a refund

First sold me a fake shirt, now still waiting for my refund, nearly been over a weeks since it should have been refunded. Keep telling it was processed, asked me to contact by bank but nothing. Poor company

Literally impossible to speak to anyone…

Literally impossible to speak to anyone from customer service, as i needed to do an exchange. Shocking and disappointing will never buy from here again! They have a ‘returns portal’ that does not work, i’ve emailed multiple times and contacted on instagram too.

You email them and you get automated email back asking to fill out contact form and the email address provided is unmonitored, but the contact form on the website says error too?

If I could give 0 stars I would

I have updated my review as Adrianna has provided a very appreciated outcome. However I would just like to reiterate that the service received until this point was dismal. Adrianna's service was brilliant so this 4 star review reflects this experience rather than the experience prior to this.

Review on 20th December: if I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered an Arsenal GK kit which has been printed with the sticker upside down. No stock to replace and will not refund (even with proof of returning) before the item is processed through the warehouse which is 14 days - probably likely more given the christmas period. No budging at all on this. Everywhere is out of stock and I now have a 7 year old very upset on his birthday he can't wear his new kit. 0 customer service, no support, very computer says no response. I asked if we kept the item (not that i want to but due to it being out of stock everywhere we have little other options) if we could receive a partial refund and I have been offered 10% discount off of future orders. Will never use Kitbag again and I would suggest you avoid like the plague as they clearly have no quality control processes in place or customer service standards. Fuming is an understatement.

I ordered a Liverpool Nike stripe…

I ordered a Liverpool Nike stripe training top in black size xl I received the top today rolled in a ball as if it was a returned item by someone else I was certainly not impressed plus the top is slim fit nowhere on the kitbag website states this top is slim fit!

DO NOT BUY from here

DO NOT BUY from here! I’m usually so on the ball with scam websites but I’ve been had by this company! They sent me a tracking number but there was never an update so I contacted the shipper who have confirmed that they never received a physical parcel from kitbag and despite 5 emails I’ve not heard a response from kitbag either! I’m so upset that the only thing my son asked for this Christmas he’s not gonna get! So kit bag I’m sure your not gonna reply but here’s my order number if you have any decency at all! 10789003448 you have 24 hours before I go to my bank and report you for fraud

2 week shipping

3 days to tell me it wasn't even in stock after i had paid.

Ordered a Spurs away kit for my Grandson and paid for it using Zilch which is like Karna but as they took my money out using there other website name Fanatics i got charged a fee , then today i get an email saying they dont have the kit in stock and have processed a refund so now im not only out of pocket i have an upset Grandson as he's not getting the kit i ordered him, and then it says you can claim 25% off another item but that doesn't apply to items on sale so no use whatsoever, will definitely be warning people to stay away from them as also reading other reviews

Not great

Not great. They sent shipping information but bag had not been shipped. I reached out to global a logistics (shipping) a week later and they said the item had not been received by them only label created. When I reached out to Kitbag, they said it had been shipped. So I went to PayPal and they refunded money writhing a week.

I would not recommend kitbag.
