3rd time using Kirkstall for selling and each time has been easy.

Everything is logged on the portal you can see exactly were it is up too and usually get an immediate response to emails.

Harder to speak to someone as get answering machine, but you will get call usually the next day.

Very easy to deal with, fast response to any messages I left on the portal. Easy to see how far the process had got. Professionalism of the Conveyancer themselves. They chased the other conveyancer all of the time and stayed on top of the process.

Kirkstall made selling my house stress free. The portal and team behind it were great and it was so easy to use. Loved the progress bar as you were always aware exactly where you were in the process. Would definitely use again if I was selling my house or buying one and will recommend to friends and family. All in all a great experience.

It's a long time since I sold a house, and I was concerned it would be very complicated, but the people at Kirkstall Property Lawyers made it very straight forward. I probably only had a couple of phone calls when needed help filling in forms, they were very supportive and helpful.

Excellent team. Always one step ahead when possible and chasing when not. Multiple people working on the file, so not a problem if someone is away on holiday, etc. I will definitely use them again if I ever move in the future! Great value for money too!

Incredibly unhelpful and incompetent. Day before house purchase exchange and they ask for financial information going back 20 years. Don’t touch them

Excellent service that helped with a smooth transaction. Very helpful on the phone when we had a query. The online tracker service could be a little troublesome re passwords but was always resolved promptly.

Good value for money. Having used local solicitors in the past, Kirkstall recommended by Davies & Davies provided a better service at a more competitive rate.

Took a little time to work out the on-line task function etc but soon realised how it works. I found the chat function really helpful and when I was unsure of what was happening with the sale or needed clarification, I used this function and my case worker either answered very quickly or picked up the phone. Very friendly and knowledgeable service provided.

I've been trying for weeks to get through on the phone. The phone has only once been answered by someone who can answer a question. The online system is opaque, noone tells you how to use it. The case handler has changed four times. Experience is abysmal.

The process from start to finish was excellent. The team are professional and answered any questions I had promptly. There is an online portal that they upload documents to and you can also upload any they require. The online chat function was great and my questions were always answered promptly. Bobbie was assigned to look after the sale and if she wasn't around Abbie responded in her absence. I would definitely use again. I felt confident throughout the whole process which was pain free.
