The jeans are not worth of the high price, because the quality is not there. Sizes vary alot between models.

When Tony Tonnaer founded Kings of Indigo nine years ago, his objective was clear; to produce clothing in a sustainable way both socially and environmentally, without compromising on quality. He believed that neither sustainability nor quality had to be sacrificed in order to make beautiful garments. Since then, what it means to be 'sustainable' has evolved and become more intricate, and the future promises further changes. The brand works with a clear objective; to lead the industry to clean up and change. This forward thinking has helped shape and change the path of fashion, Kings of Indigo always being two steps ahead of the rest. Kings of Indigo positions itself as a pioneer in this ever-changing sustainable fashion world, innovating with materials and sustainable production methods, constantly exploring how to reduce the impact on the planet and people. "We want to encourage consumers to passionately engage in when buying clothes, to consciously buy and choose quality items that last a lifetime. We have to give them the tools to make the best decisions by being honest and transparent. This way we can guide the consumer past greenwashing and get them into real quality wear for the next era.” - Tony Tonnaer, Founder Kings of Indigo

Unfortunately, I overlooked the reviews before ordering and had a disappointing experience with customer support. Even after two months since my return package arrived at their warehouse, I still haven't received a refund. The customer service keeps claiming they’re waiting for a response from the warehouse but at this point, it's difficult to believe.
For context, I ordered multiple pairs of jeans in different sizes so I could try them at home and return the ones that didn’t fit. I kept the pair I liked best and sent back the rest. Despite they received my return package, I haven’t received a refund after over two months and the customer service hasn’t provided any updates. I’ve contacted them a few times but their responses are just a copy-paste: "we're waiting for a response from the warehouse".
While I’m happy with the pair I kept and was planning to buy more, this customer support experience has changed my mind.
Unfortunately, I can't recommend them.
Items arrived fine and good quality but prepare few days to get one reply from customer support.
Sent a second email but got a blank reply from their service email instead..
Compared to other stores with the same concept for ethical, quality clothing and prices, customer support for KOI seems low.
Jeans are a loose fit, but the denim material is rotten and started pulling away from the seams after just a couple of months. Customer service are very slow and unhelpful, it's taken over 3 months for them to offer some form of compensation. This doesn't cover the amount I paid despite them being beyond repair.
Ordered three times already. Everything was delivered super fast and it was easy to return articles that didn't fit and exchange them. I returned some items and immediately got confirmation, a couple days later I got my money back.
Customer service was also really kind. I was hesitant to order, because of the bad reviews, so I called them. Someone from finance answered the phone and was really kind, explained some things about how the company works.
The quality of the clothing is also very good. Happy customer:)

I just returned a dress that did not suit me. The money was returned to me very soon after. I feel it's important to mention this.

I bought from the main site and noticed after that they charged me their country's VAT for an international shipping when they shouldn't have. End result: I've been charged twice for VAT because they did not fill out the correct papers for the customs borders... I had to call the borders and fill out a form because the company doesn't want to reimburse me when they're in the wrong. I wrote them many times, (sending actual sources, infos I got directly from the customs) regarding the issue but they simply don't give a damn, they stop replying right away and just kept my money! It's been months now. TERRIBLE company and customer service that hide behind their "green" values ! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Just don’t bother! I waited 5 weeks and no delivery...I eventually got a refund after sending over 30 emails! The tracking information was rubbish. I am so disappointed.

Placed an order online, was told it had shipped a week later. The tracking link did not work.
Two weeks later I had still not received the items so got in touch by email. No response. Another email a week later, no response. Still nothing delivered.
I then contacted them via Instagram and finally got a reply the following day where I was told the items were out of stock.
Later in the week I was finally refunded, however the awful expereince has put me off buying anything from this supposedly ethical company ever again.
P.S. The fact it took KOI three and a half years to reply to my review possibly tells you all you need to know

Fast delivery but expensive shipping. Lousy customer service. unpleasant and inactive. Got the package delivered to order but not protected in packaging, Due to the fact that the package needed to travel around the globe, and that there is a risk of the goods being damaged in some way, packaging is necessary. I do understand that they have chosen to take down packaging with plastic to cut costs and benefit the environment, but there are other ways to package. Very dissatisfied. A sustainability company also protects its customers, not money. you may have grown out of them value words and developed into a fancy company behind the logo, I do not know but it feels so in accordance with your employee commitment and energy level.
