I have been ordering t shirts from king…

I have been ordering t shirts from king size for several years and I am very very very unsatisfied with my last to orders. I only ordered a second time is I thought it was a clearance item as to why shirts were so thin and not true to size, but my second order is just as bad. The shirts remind me when I go to Mexico because they have tissue thin shirts. I will be looking for a new place to buy my shirts.

Bait and Switch

I had an order in my cart. They refused to apply a coupon that said take an extra $30 off a $100 order. I added more eligible items to my cart for this coupon. It still wouldn't apply. Chat Customer service said because the items were on back order even though it showed in stock. I went back to edit my order, removed the coupons and found that the shirts that were for $11.99 were now $5.99. I went back to my cart and deleted all items then went back to the product page where they were listed as $5.99. I added those to my cart. When I went back to my cart they were $11.99 each. I contacted customer service via chat and they said there was nothing they could do. I sent screenshots and the web address. They told me to call customer service who tried to apply a coupon that did not give the same advertised price. They said it was showing $11.99 even though I was on the product page and it said $5.99. I sent them an email with the screenshots as requested. I feel like this website is not legimate and has been way to much hassle to purchase from. 4 hours time wasted to buy shirts for my husband.

Run from them

First and only time ordering g through king size. I ordered five shirts for my husband's birthday. FedEx claimed to have left package on porch however I was not home at time of delivery. Never received the items. I was I formed I would have to make a police report and mail it back. I did and now they are saying they won't refund me after all. I explained from the get go I wasn't home at time of delivery and was assured I would get refund after making a police report. Now I'm being told no I am out of luck

0 Stars if I could! RUN away from this company! Starting charging me $16.95 (Member Fee) a month for 2 months before I caught them!! I never agreed to that charge to my card, I had to call them to have the monthly charge canceled. Very shady practices!

I would put zero stars if I could

I would put zero stars if I could! Customer service is AWFUL. Ordered sz 15 men's waterproof clog. Received a size 7 women's floral tennis shoe! I used MY vehicle to return to UPS store, MY gas, MY time! Instead of giving me a proper refund, the customer service (on the phone) sent me a gift card via email to use instead of refunding my money! The gift card wasn't even enough to cover the money I was out for the purchase! They just lost my 20+ year of being a customer. Plenty of other places to shop for big and tall.

This company has no integrity!!!

They mailed an item ordered almost 6 months ago and recipient has moved. They emailed the next day that the mailed package. I live in a different city over 5 hours away and it is my responsibility to track down package so I can get a refund. Customer service is exhausting and unhelpful. I will not use them again. They never seem to have products available and they refuse to do the right thing. No integrity!!!

the worst service on earth

Can't speak to an English person 1 problem 2 problem they will take your money even when they don't have it in stock give you a date 3 weeks later after talking to no one that cares sorry we don't have you items and never had slam but very quick to take your money I contacted the St attorney office and filed they told me about several complaints all ready on file do not do busniss with these loosers.

What happened to King Size

What happened to King Size? Once upon a time, they were a reputable company to deal with. I placed my order and waited but never got the clothing. They asked that I return the unreceived order before they can refund or replace the clothing. How am I supposed to do that?

Placed order.. was given a date I'd have it by.. never made it.. customer service less than helpful and since I speak English I was not able to understand the person I was speaking to hardly .. Don't order!!!!!! I'll update if and when I get my money back.

Please 🙏 find somewhere else to spend your money!!!

I placed an order and received it today. It came sooner than I expected which was great until I opened my package. I was shipped the wrong item. I called customer service and was told I have to make a payment for the correct item and I don't think I should have to pay for something I already paid for. I told them I want to return the incorrect item once they send me my correct item with a return label in the package, they refused. I offered to pay for the incorrect item at a discounted rate because it's not what I ordered and they could ship me the correct item, they refused. I have spent over 3 hours and 7 phone calls to them because they either hang up on me, transfer me to a department that is closed, or place me on hold for over an hour because I asked for a supervisor.

No item and no refund

I would give them 0 stars if it were an option. I ordered $300 worth of merchandise for my elderly father. The order arrived and was missing 2 of the items that I ordered, but had 3 tank tops that would not have worked for anyone in my family. After several e-mails and no response about the missing items, I finally called. One of the items was backordered and that was cancelled. The second item was mistakenly swapped out with the unusable tank tops. They won't send the missing items unless I return the mistaken items. Which would mean a several week turnaround, and, according to my state's consumer protection laws, I do not have to return at all. After being put on hold for several minutes, I was hung up on. I am out $53.99. I would advise anyone else thinking about doing business with this company to run quickly in the other direction.

BEWARE!!

BEWARE!!! Their billing is terrible. You pay off their bill in full and then they turn around and bill you $2 the next month. Then, if you don't pay it, you get a $37 late fee added. I was on paperless billing and since I had paid in full did not know I even owed anything until it showed up on my credit report. I thought it was just an add or sale so i did not open emails. I cannot believe how they can keep charging you. Now my bill is $138 Please be careful, if you pay your bill off, add $2 or you will continue to be charged and then interest on top of that. I called to speak to a representative, but he was SOOO rude and hung up on me because I asked him how could they continue to charge someone who's paid off their bill. BEWARE, you will be ripped off!

I did not like the Shirt but I Certainly Appreciated her Kindness and Intension...

I went to Walmart Return Department and was told to go through King Size Online...which I did...

I gave the Order Number that was Requested over the Phone, I gave my Friend's Last Name

I couldn't reach my friend to get her Zip Code.

I asked Specifically if I would be able to exchange The Shirt for a Different Color...

I was Astonished that I Could Do That but I Would Be Charged for the Shirt but the Shipping Would be Free!!!

They have the worst customer service…

They have the worst customer service the polos I normally get the moisture wicking ones are now $67 used to be $24, I hate this company their shipping and their return policy. I did find these awesome polos on Amazon by Red Cap they are like $22 and the material is great and so is the collar and they are also moisture wicking, I hope kingsize direct dies cause on their customer service and high prices while masking themselves as a cost effective company for big fellas. Just search for Red Cap Mositure Wicking Polos on Amazon, they go up to 6x.

Another bad experience with King Size

I gave them another shot after a previous bad experience with never getting an item and having to get a refund. I ordered shirts on 5/6. I went out of town for about four days and was sent an email that my order shipped on 5/8. Here it was now 5/17 and when i called multiple times, all I get from king size is "we show your item shipped. The printed a shipping label on 5/8 is what they did. Then they sent out thier item was arriving at a carrier on 5/15 and out for delivery. I finally called Fed Ex and they said yes, they said a package was arriving for us to deliver however, we never received it. I call King Size back today (5/28) and all the guy does is tell me he put in a request for me to get a refund in a few days. These guys have horrible communication, expensive shipping and incomplete orders.

Ordered Grey slip on Sketchers with…

Ordered Grey slip on Sketchers with green soles, which cost more, but I liked the green color.
Once shoes arrived the sole was NOT green, just grey like the top material.
Box they arrive in all taped together like it from garage floor-

Didn't get a receipt

I purchased two pairs of pants. They charged my credit card but didn't send me a receipt and there was no tracking. I called to ask for the receipt, but they just gave me a tracking number. It took a month to get it, and when I went to return one pair of pants, I asked for my receipt. I asked 3 times for it, but Joy just kept explaining to me how to make a return. She just kept telling me to take them to the post office and get a label. The price they show on their site is also different than what is charged on your card and from what they tell you if you call. The one pair of pants was "ok" the other pair was cut comically small, even though it said "relaxed" fit. They said they didn't have my email yet bombard me with 2-5 emails a day with coupons. I wouldn't order from this company again.
