Worst dental experience I’ve ever had. I was seen by the Spanish dentist and went in with clear pain around my wisdom tooth, yet she seemed unable to identify where the pain was coming from. She had to check several different teeth instead of properly investigating the area from the beginning. I was only given an X-ray of one side rather than a more complete X-ray, despite the uncertainty about the source of the pain.

I was also very disappointed with the pricing. I was quoted one price over the phone, but once I arrived at the clinic I was given a different price. The receptionist repeatedly tried to sell me additional treatment/options, and when I declined, I was charged an extra £20 for the X-ray, which I had understood was included in the original price.

I have now decided to have my wisdom tooth treated elsewhere. Based on my experience with the Spanish dentist, I simply wouldn’t feel comfortable trusting her or this clinic with a surgical procedure.

Be very careful with the prices quoted over the phone and make sure you get everything confirmed in writing before agreeing to any treatment.

My son's brace wire had cut into his gum and he was in severe pain!
I called King's Cross dentistry at 10:40pm and a call was answered by a very professional dentist who advised to just cut the wire as otherwise we would be waiting in A&E as they couldn't help!
He even advised what instrument to use "pliers" as scissors would not cut it.
What a lovely man. He could have strung us along advised a visit was needed however he was very honest. Once the wire was cut my son was in a much better place. Thank you so much! It's appreciated.

Their website claims that they are an emergency dentist, yet they failed to reply to my follow up email and I also couldn't find any mention of the current Coronavirus - which has forced all dental practices to close - anywhere on their website. They quoted £66 before any work (including X-rays) would be done.
