Awful customer service

I placed an order with this company for the first time about two months ago. I ordered three concave tapers all different gauge sizes (18g, 16g, 14g). There were two that were correct but one I could tell just by looking that it was definitely too big, like a 12 gauge or 10 gauge. I used a tool I own to measure and confirm the gauges on each of them. I contacted customer service about the error and told them the 18 and 14 gauge tapers were correct but they had sent a 12 gauge instead of a 16 gauge. They basically just asked if I wanted a refund or wanted to wait til the 16 gauge tapers “were back in stock”. I told them I’d wait (I’m in no rush for the taper). They didn’t respond…sooo I finally asked if there was anything I needed to do like send back the incorrect taper to them. They said ya just send it in to this address (gave no details about shipping cost and reimbursement). I’m the one that had to address the shipping cost to send it back to them. The communication this far was pathetic and awful but it gets worse. Finally, they told me they’d refund me for the shipping cost. They refunded me the money for shipping (it was more than I spent but that’s their problem). They didn’t contact me at all though. I’m wondering if they’re still planning on sending me the correct taper or if they’ll just forget, so I ask them. Then they literally just sent a refund for almost the price of a taper and didn’t say a word to me. Like they just really wanted to shut me up and be done with this whole thing that was their error in the first place, I guess? Such a bizarre experience and I still have no clue if they were lying about the taper “being out of stock”. In the end, I still don’t have the item I ordered which is annoying. I only ordered three items and they couldn’t get it right!!!! It really felt like they don’t want your business. I was already very unsure about ordering from this company but now I know I will NEVER order from them again, no matter what.

If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible customer service, I ordered almost 2 months ago and still nothing! I emailed a while ago having to chase up my order as I still hadn’t received it to only be told that it had been sent then returned without even reaching me, then posted out again and I’m yet to get it. They’ve been nothing but hassle, I just want a refund and this point and haven’t even got that! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOU!!!!
